So do you suppose this guy will have about a dozen witnesses in his civil suit? They have already said they have 7 employees that witnessed the events. Heck, Goldman had NONE and still nailed OJ. I only hope Tommy Urbanski sues him for millions, and he WILL get it.

I seriously hope this guy loses a big lawsuit to Urbanski. I don't think he'll change until it really starts affecting his wallet.

I don't know how much proof is necessary for a payout in a civil trial, but weren't they unable to tie Pac-Man's saliva to the bite on this guy's leg through DNA testing? If the bouncer claims PacMan did that, when he didn't, I guess suddenly the rest of his claims become suspect?

I don't know how much proof is necessary for a payout in a civil trial, but weren't they unable to tie Pac-Man's saliva to the bite on this guy's leg through DNA testing? If the bouncer claims PacMan did that, when he didn't, I guess suddenly the rest of his claims become suspect?

A civil trial is all about liability. He has to prove that PacMan is liable for his damages.

And it isn't all or nothing, you can be 54 percent liable, 60 percent, etc.

All in all, he has probably got an excellent case.

I think the guy actually has a good civil case regardless of the DNA. He can't sue directly for the shooting, as no shooter has been charged. But for all the other stuff which led up to the shooter, I think he has a pretty good chance at getting pizzaid...

And if the lawyer knows what he's doing, more than likely he'll get some upfront cash and a percentage of any additional contractual money Pac might make in the NFL.

For a civil all you have to do, is get the Judge to believe that you sustain suffer able damages from the defendant. If he has enough people to stand and say "I saw" the judge will rule in favor of the plantiff.

The biting is peanuts compared to the shooting. If the bouncer's lawyer can show that Pacman's actions lead to the shooting, Pacman will have to pay up.
