Better luck next time. If you could incorporate more ebonics, I would appreciate it. ;)
Will do. I'm still learning when to use them appropriately.

I laughed.

But I have a feeling many people here don't understand it.
I thought about adding a dash to the word, but I figured why not let people think I'm talking about pizza. :p:

I am sure he will.

Sympathetic father. Paralyzed. Has Kids.

Question is, how many zeroes after the "1" will be involved.

Maybe enough to make Pacman a pauper.

:eek::

I get the feeling that the NFL is gonna be the least of Pacman's worries in the near future.

You've got three people who were shot and seriously injured......and two other people who were assulted. Even Pacman can't afford those lawsuits.

He probably will.

The guy who got shot has young kids, right?

Young kids look innocent and juries are sympathetic. They should trot one of his kids up there and say something like "now my daddy wont be able to play with me anymore" in one of those cute, little, adorable kid faces....

Can you say ka-ching?

The bouncer that got bit might get 50k or so.

The bouncer that got shot will get nothing. Nothing remotly suggests that Pac Man was invilved in the shooting.

In the event he did get sued I am sure he has some type of liability insurance if not, he better contact Lloyd's of London.

Liability insurance does not cover for intentional acts.

And even then, I doubt his limits exceed 1million or so, unless he has E&S insurance out of London.

I tried to say it one time, and all the money in my hand blew away. Since i have never uttered that word

The garden variety that you are I can does not, however the rich can get policies to protect their money.

There is not an underwriter in the world that is willing to cover the liability of an intentional act. And I seriously doubt anyone would be silly enough to go to Lloyds to get that policy. That would be like me saying I feel like cutting some guy's leg off, lemme go get a policy to cover it.

The rich don't get as outlandish of policies as you might think. At most, he probably has a policy on his body from Lloyds.

You think?

From Pac-Man?

I don't know how much proof is necessary for a payout in a civil trial, but weren't they unable to tie Pac-Man's saliva to the bite on this guy's leg through DNA testing? If the bouncer claims PacMan did that, when he didn't, I guess suddenly the rest of his claims become suspect?

the dude who restrained PacMan, got punched, and then shot at, and hit

too much coincidence for me

Wherei are super, OGT, Vintage and the other Pacman defenders?
They should have been here by now trying to pic apart the story and show that poor little Pacman is innocent.
Should I be insulted that I was lumped in with "other Pacman defenders?" I thought I was more important than that.

EDIT: On the more serious side. This will never see a courtroom. Pacman will settle. And he's already been punished for this incident. I don't see how the fact a civil suit has now been filed would change his punishment.

I disagree. He beats women for dollar bills. The way I see it, if the guy is askin' for more than twelve bucks, Jones will be livid and refuse to pay.

At this point, he would be well advised to do whatever the heck his attorneys say.

No offense Crown, but you don't get that he don't get it. I believe he'd been well advised about, oh, 10 crime scenes ago.

BTW......I agree with you, don't see it happening.
