Maybe a stupid question, but did you set your PC's IP address as static to 192.168.1.2? If not it's possible it would acquire a different address from DHCP. When I set static adresses on my internal network, I like to set them outside the range of those given by DHCP.m In your case you have the range set from 192.168.1.1 to 192.168.1.254 which is all of them. I would change this to be from 192.168.1.1 to 192.168.1.50 instead, and assign static addresses in the 192.168.1.100 to 192.168.1.199 range
