I dont like that we have Mcklevin over Jenkins.

IMO Jenkins is the best combination of talent/safe proof player at the DB position besides Kenny Phillips.

I do agree though that the sky is the limit for DRC

Now that I've seen it, I'm not really that worried at all. That is obviously not a formal list of their rankings. That looks to me like a hastily written informal list of prospects that may or may not be in any real order. Probably was put up for the sake of discussion during the meeting. I still don't think they would allow that to be filmed and aired if that list meant anything.

maybe, but not definitely. Teams dont always bring in players they have ranked as high picks...they bring in later rd targets as well

and just because we do or dont bring in someone, doesnt mean they will or wont be drafted

That's what I was thinking. Sure, that looks like a rough estimate of how players would be ranked, but for all we know that's just a list Stewart or someone wrote of the order of discussion of each prospect's strengths and weaknesses.

For one thing, if they were a straight ranking, I don't see why you'd mix in a safety with the corners. Surely this is more a discussion of "How could this player help our defense" with each position coach giving his input and Wade and/or Stewart giving their view.

They are so early in the process, I can't imagine that's any kind of real ranking. And even if so, the ranking could and probably will change.

agree, he has proven at higher level that he can cover some of the best in the pass happy Pac-10. Plus, he has the desire to be the best. An intangible that some prospects do not have.

Arizona state seems less likely to be spelled "Arz St.", more likely ASU or AZ St.

your right it does look like Johnson, if so they are talking about SS Tyrell Johnson from Arkansas St. He's a sleeper pick but PFW really likes him alot, says he really stood out in their game vs Texas to open the season.

I had to know. It looks to me like Cason is #9 on that list.

I say this because if you look behind Brian Stewart's right ear on the top shot you see a letter C. Then if you look in the second picture that is a short name of about 5 or 6 letters. Finally if you look at the 3rd picture you can see "Ariz" just over Stewart's left shoulder.

I have not been able to figure out who #8 is yet, but it looks like an F in the first picture so I'm guessing Brandon Flowers.

I blew the video up to full screen and paused it at the 38 second mark and still couldn't tell you.

The top word looks like Braimaric or some other garbled version of that.

UNLESS

and this just hit me

They put the franchise tag on Hamlin just for insurance knowing they want Kenny Phillips and will lift Hamlins franchise tag if they draft Phillips.

Man I love speculation haha
