What I'd like to hear Romo say: "Guys have their opinions and they're entitled to them. If I have to go out and prove to my teammates first that I will work hard for this team and eliminate any doubts from their minds, then that's what I will do."

What I'd like to hear Romo say: "Guys have their opinions and they're entitled to them. If I have to go out and prove to my teammates first that I will work hard for this team and eliminate any doubts from their minds, then that's what I will do."

I imagine that is frustrating. And I wish all our guys would always say what we'd like to hear them say.

Why beat himself up when he knows he has all the critics willing to do that. Because Tony does not break down or cries to the TV does not mean he is happy with how things have gone. It is pretty obvious at the post game interview when he has had a bad game. Tony has not looked for excuses and I think he know he has to help get this team over the hurdle. In the end no matter what Tony says will make a difference he will be judged by what happens on the field
