The Giants just wanted to keep Romo from escaping the pocket and keeping plays alive. They admitted so after the game.

Well is this the blueprint on how to beat Romo then?

Ugh. I thought that he was going to Crayton too... Wow that's even a worse throw/play if he was going to Roy.

I agree in part. However, if you watch Roy you will see the worst case of alligator arms I've ever seen. He really didn't try to catch the ball even if it was high. That might mean that Roy thought the ball was thrown to Crayton.

No. He can beat you from the pocket. They just wanted to avoid the big plays where he keeps the play alive and hit someone running free on a broken route. They did it.

We still ran for 1,004 yards though, lol.

I think a more accurate throw to Crayton that is higher with more touch very easily could have been completed. Whether he was passing it to Roy or Crayton, I don't have a problem with either, because I think both were still viable options. The ball needs to be better thrown in any case.

Roy knew the ball was going to Crayton. He knew we needed the first down. He came off the line soft to try and hold the CB from drifting back into the passing lane.

There was zero chance for Roy to make that catch, it wasn't just high, it was well behind him as well.

According to Mickey Spagnola, Romo was throwing to Roy. He said something like Romo thought he could get Roy to sit down in the route instead of running the slant. (Heard him on Talkin Cowboys Monday and also on Cowboys Insider on FoxSW)

Mickey Spagnola doesn't know what he's talking about.

Watch the video I posted.

True. If you want to play defense like the Giants did your going to give up 200+ rush yards everytime. They defnitly played the pass that game.

All comes down to the mistakes and poor playcalling:(
