BRB, doing a second draft of my imaginary scenario

You know what could be cool? Maybe he's an actor or director or whatever, and he's filming a movie, but the movie is filmed on location AT HIS HOUSE. Then you start screaming or whatever. Maybe the director gets you on tape calling him a ****** b/c you were expecting him to operate the camera better or whatever. Then the scene pans to the extras and the grips and caterers and whatnot, and everybody's clapping because you were so irate just then.

I guess to some it's no big deal. Kind of like getting arrested is no big deal to some people.

Come on getting arrested is a common thing LOL

It seems to be the implication.... I find both activities quite stupid honestly, especially after a dreaful performance like that...

I dont go to buses after the game I go to the car and listen to postgame.

I dont go to buses for autographs or to act like an idiot for the camera

And yet, I don't see you complaining about the other fans outside, those same fans trying to get autographs over this team, especially after their pathetic performance...

What I'm thinking is that as the camera pans to me after I get done yelling like a gasbag - I stop yelling, and then try to suppress my smile since I'm obviously delighted with the little show I just put on and all the attention I'm getting.

But obviously I will only do it if they are filming on location, at his house, as you mentioned in your proposed revision to my imaginary scenario.

Anything else would just be pathetic.

Probably because they werent acting like morons and screaming in kids ears.

Sad thin here is you seem to have a bigger problem with fans supporting their team during the bad times than anything else. I mean you have mentioned autograph seekers multiple times now. I mean I know Dallas goes to St Louis every year so these guys and gals can get autographs anytime. So maybe they should only support the team when they are winning

If you're getting mad and screaming in a public place over a football game, you've got problems larger than the football game.

i agree that there is a lot more important things than football which is why i usually dont get mad over football games even when we lose hell i got over the Giants lose like 5 minutes after the game but when a team is underachieving and the effort isnt completely there well i dont blame anyone for getting angry!

and BTW thats a horrible comparison!

Wow. Thanks for posting the videos. Loved them. Glad he kept his mouth clean, while giving the coaches a healthy dose of bashing.

"Oh we support em'...but I'm still mad at em'."

"You guys sucked ***!!!"

"Now that's going too far..."

Sums up my feelings.

It doesn't matter if it was contrived or not... The fact is, he has every right to protest their crappy performance. The majority of protests in Washington DC before Congress are contrived performances...

LOL... I agree

I can assure everyone on here that it wasn't a setup for video. He wanted to give them a piece of his mind and my brother heard him yelling in the crowd, walked over and started recording his rants. It wasn't planned as far as the video recording part. I know that Cowboy Chris probably knows a little about these coaches pasts and histories, which should be usual when you are a big fan of your team and follow them your entire life. He used some of these factoids in his diatribe :)

It happens in the stadium...

Pleaasse.. The same emotion that drives the fan supporting the team is the same emotion that drives the fan to criticize the team. Criticism can reflect real support more than blind adulation...

There is nothing sad about it. The fact is the players don't deserve any idolization right now. They deserve criticism... The guy is closer to what these players and coaches need, than what the idolizing fans are giving them.

I agree again... Is it really "supporting" you team when your team just got spanked by 20 points against a bad team and you are out there begging for autographs from those same players that play on your team and gave little effort???

In this situation, "Criticism DOES reflect real support more than blind adulation..."

BTW, I am sure that many of you already heard that Brian Stewart has been basically STIPPED of the defensive playcalling duties & Wade Phillips is going to replace him full time. Obviously Im not saying that Cowboy Chris's rants had anything to do with this, but some of the things he said were right along the lines of what happened & what's GOING to happen. I mean Wade is supposedly a "defensive mastermind" so let's see how his mind works (BTW, Brian Stewart is in big trouble). I am sure that you all know that Wade is hanging by a thread and this could be his last chance that Jerry Jones is giving him to keep his job.

I don't know if all the stadiums across the country have them but cleveland browns stadium has a family zone. It's located on the side opposite of the dog pound and there's no profanity or alcohol. If the parents don't want their kids to hear profanity that's where they have to sit otherwise they will hear lots of stuff their ears shouldn't. After the game, watching the team get on the bus ppl are gonna scream when their favorite players come out so that's also in the kids ears. Basically point being either way the kid was around screaming people because i know everyone wasn't exactly QUIET during the game. Sorry for the rant but this talk about this kid is getting old.

GUYS- I HAD COWBOY CHRIS "POST" UNDER MY USER ID SINCE HE DOES NOT HAVE A HANDLE IN HERE- (I know the guy well.)

A Message from "Cowboys Chris"...

Cowboys Fans...a) I love you all. Even the ones that do not like me. I understand how you may not like my style, but it is what works for me. Maybe not you. I simply love this team so much (and realistically, in the grand scheme of things completely understand that a football game DOES NOT matter in life) that I passionately get in to the situation. I just watched professional men quit, and have been upset watching this team for quite some time. Does this mean I do not support my team...no. This is just my way, right or wrong.

b) I was not drunk,...beers are way too expensive after paying $100 for a ticket and $30 for parking...plus the trip, etc.

c) I do feel bad that there were kids around...however, please keep in mind that I spoke to each parent with a child before I began yelling. I told them I would be very upset with some of the coaches, that I would not curse, but that I was extremely upset. Their reaction was literally go ahead. And many of them were laughing. I actaully spoke with the kids in between rants and told them that this is not how I usually am, but just like their parents, sometimes I yell. Again you may not like the approach, but that was my only shot to express my anger...will it matter to them...probably not, but I just was so angry I needed to vent.

d) Fans couldn't get autographs b/c of me, The players did not sign for anyone. The waythe buses are set-up, there are four rows of railing and over 99.8% of our team took the first path directly to the buses. Only 2 did not...Carpenter and Barber. They were not going to sign anything that day...but if you wish to blame me, go ahead.

e) I looked like an idiot, Yeah, I agree...but the word fan comes from fanatic. I get silly when it comes to this team and this game. The sad thing is that I am usually a very calm SoCal person. Just not that day.

f) It looked set-up, It was! I went after who I wanted to go after. As far as youtube...my friends are doing this because I look silly. Whose friends do not give them a hard time.

Hopefully you understand, and I have been able to answer any questions. I thank my buddy for letting me post (not so much for starting all this)...just kidding, but will not say sorry for expressing how I feel. This "it's okay" approach has a team with Super Bowl talent 4-3. If you do not like my style, fine. If yu think that 4-3 is okay...well, then I do not have much use for your opinion much like you don't care for mine.

Go Cowboys!

Here's a novel idea. Say something REALLY loud, collectively as fans............don't show up at all. Duuuude.............
