I couldn't disagree more. This team needs his passion.

Love his passion don't want him losing that but sometimes he gets a little over hyped. There's times when things haven't been going well and he's had to be calmed down.

Kid can be an all time great if he stays healthy and stays outta trouble.

No coordinator is going to leave his man on an island against him, so the other guys are going to see a lot of man coverage and have some opportunities to make plays down the field.

He will be my second round pick in fantasy this season, he would go first, but trying to get a RB first.

lol.. yeah, sadly I am going to miss getting him. I'm # 10 in my draft.. and I'm taking 2 RB's back to back. By the time I draft again, he will be gone.

Always loved the fire from Dez... we need more players that have that same desire and fire.

I dont mind him jawing off opponents just as long as he lines up right and doesnt waste time.

There's been a few situations over his 3 seasons where he's had to be calmed down by the coaches during games due to frustration. I've even seen Romo on the field trying to calm him down to keep him focused. In the beginning some fans were concerned about Dez's passion that could turn to frustration real quick. He reminded some of TO in a negative way. It was mentioned that Irvin was a very passionate player who use to get frustrated and rant a little but that it didn't hurt the 90's teams. Dez is a high strung guy who looked exactly like Antonio Bryant the way he was walking around banging his chest after the plays he made in the video.

Being passionate about a nice catch is great but sometimes he lets his emotions get the better of him and it's resulted in a few penalties due to frustration. Passion is great but you have to keep your head in the game and stay focused even after a great catch. Dez can sometimes get so hyped up he can lose his focus which I believe has caused some of the issues with him and Romo not being on the same page. Don't misinterpret what I'm saying I love his passion but sometimes a player has to keep their enthusiasm under control after a making a play in certain critical situations and just get back to the huddle. A receiver doesn't need to be walking around in a taunting manner banging their chest in that situation.

On the football field? Really?

I guess it is OK if other players are giving you trash, but he must keep his mouth shut? You give what you get. I guess it wasn't mentioned how MO and Dez talk trash to each other in practice. They don;t like each other on the football field, but off as teammates they say the it makes them better.

If you can talk the talk, then walk the walk. Nothing wrong with young football players showing emotion. That's the way it should be. Yeah, when he was younger he did need to adjust, but if he wants to talk a little trash and get all emotional about..that's what I'm talking about.

Out of all I gave you that's all you could come up with? No one is reaching or fabricating anything try watching the games. I gave you my opinion you don't like it that's fine with me.

If this kid's production ever matches his swagger he will be a top-3 wide receiver in this league and potentially the top guy.

Discouraging to whom? DBs get beat all the time and Dez does this to everybody. Mo and Carr will be better corners from practicing against Dez.

Mo is a special player. He will end up being a player EVERYONE will claim they were behind when drafted, even though there was a ground swell on this and other sites about paying too much for him.

So he is in his second year, and the coaches are trying to put him on an island and work him to be all he can be.

But for the player - and I am speaking about Mo - it has to be discouraging to be in position and then have Spiderman climb the wall and snag a pass with his Spideyweb.

If you read the recap of the practice the other day they threw at Mo four or five times in a row. They were using Dez to work him hard.

The results per Broaddus was two PI's called on Mo, who was in position. Broaddus - or whom ever the author was - suggested neither was a PI.

I am not suggesting there is anything wrong with Mo, other than even with the usual cornerback mentality of forgetting the last play, he has to ask himself what he has to do to stop this guy.

These men have pride. Especially the ones who are at the top of their game, or heading that way. That is what I think Mo is doing, heading that way.

So he has to be cussing under his breath a bit when he gets position and Dez still comes down with the ball.

No big conspiracy here. Just stating human nature.

I am speaking about leadership and not trash talking.

I don't understand this. Do you (not you specifically because I know you understand. I'm speaking in general) know how hard it is to get premium corners in this league, especially with the rules favoring passing offenses?

He was worth giving up a second. He'll be a star in a few years.

I agree with you. I think Mo will be a terrific player.

I believe the young lady thought I was suggesting we should be disappointed in Mo.

I was merely suggesting that as he works against Dez, it has to be even a little discouraging [to Mo] to be in position to make a play and then DezAnimal ends up with the ball because of his skill set.

He could possibly be my first round pick if I happen to draw pick 10 or higher in my 12 team league. By that point he will be better then any runnning back left on the board.
