I dont have time to comment to much right now. I do have two thoughts though, was that the weapon x music or something similar and did you color correct in after effects.

Great job with the effects and the editing. Did you crop that more than usual? Looks like more than just the 16 x 9 crop!

Anyway, great job man your best work yet, I will drop ya a line when I get the groceries put away and the sopranos out of my melon.

Especially the uptempo stuff right in the middle where you don't see the ball coming out, only the balls hitting the WRs repeatedly in stride. Great stuff.

The Weapon X video was only a portion of this song. I used the full version because the music changes really matched how the season was (except for late in the season). When I heard the song... I listened to it over and over and pretty much had the video mapped out in my mind before I ever started on it.

I created the opening text with After Effects. I did all the color correction in Vegas. 16x9 crop was pretty much it to cut off all the watermarks etc.
I did a lot of velocity (speed) changes on the clips obviously to get the timing and speed right. All of the effects on the video (i.e. the Romo "entrance" and Preseason "TV Style" overlay) was done with Vegas.

I just finished the video yesterday, rendered it, and uploaded it last night. Otherwise I would have emailed you the link a while ago to get a sneak peek.

That was AWESOME Tek! Unfortunately, now I won't be able to sleep until the season starts. Man I can't wait to see Romo in action again this year!

One of the things I love the most about Romo is how he can make something good out of a busted play. So many times last year he would get more out of a play than was initially available. That shows an outstanding grasp of the game and that he is always "in the moment".

There were a couple of clips in your video that demonstrated that very well:

1. The fumble in the endzone that he picked up and threw just before he got blasted. With anyone else the best we could have hoped for was a safety but he made a positive play from it.

2. Twice when he is flushed from the pocket, he starts to run then tosses the ball to a receiver a few yards ahead of him, once to Witten and once to Barber. The one to Barber was especially sweet as he hit him in stride when Marion was already running at a good clip and he got a long gain out of it instead of just a couple yards.

Anyone who thinks this kid isn't the real deal is in for a big surprise this year.

You mean one of his good plays was omitted? That's hard to believe. I don't think Fox News has to worry about their "fair and balanced" moniker being stolen by any filmmakers at the Zone. Of course, a helpful "fan-sponsored propaganda" disclaimer would have saved me the trouble of downloading it. Maybe next time.
