yep, so far looks like same ole wade, time will tell, but this is it for wade, no more chances after this year,

he has no more excuses now, time for him to roll up his sleeves, work his butt off, and work the players rear ends off too,

no more of this no hitting the first 25 days of training camp

even fisher of the titans said today, you might have to cut back on 2 adays in pads to one, but thats what we did last year, one a days in pads

not running around in shorts like wade had the players doing last year, or giving the players a day off after they lose a game in arizona or on other occassions giving players days off to save their legs,

that kind of stuff has got to stop

the more and more Jerry and Wade try to downplay the perceived issues, the larger and larger they appear to me

Meh... This reminds me of when he'd seemingly prop up Roy Williams the safety and people hated it. What happened? Roy was sent packing.

So actions speak a lot louder than words.

Wade and Jerry aren't going to trash TO just because he's gone -- it's simply not good policy to do so.

Clearly there was a problem. Everyone knows that. Wade does too. But like you said, it doesn't help anything to talk about it now. Just be polite and concentrate on football. I think Wade is actually pretty good at that.

Wade isn't going to admit to too much. It would be an indictment of himself and the organization. Although 9-7 is pretty telling on its own.

A slight logical flaw in Wade's TO position. If TO wasn't considered a problem by the coaching staff, why did they get rid of him and eat $9mm of cap in the process? Wade is too stupid to just say "we decided to go in a different direction" and be done with it. He could have said something equally dismissive at the combine as well, but he doesn't have the strength or stature to pull it off. Pathetic.

That's the problem, "Mr. Nice Guy" is too polite.

Even when people are 'moonwalking' all over him!

Especially Phillips. Jones actually has some influence. When a powerless individual like Phillips speaks, you know it is part of the organizational damage control effort.

The guys who "walked" on Wade are the same guys who have tried to "walk" over coaches and franchises everywhere they had been. That's why almost no one else but Jerry was trying to pick those guys up.

I don't know why they can't just not speak

it's always excuses or damage-control

LOL. I'm sure Wade is worried about his "strength" and "stature" regarding the media. Why are some of you so impressed by coaches who act like a tough guy to a bunch of writers and reporters?

We all know why TO is gone. There's no need to say it on ESPN and start up even more controversy about the departed player.

Don't care about acting "tough" with reporters. The problem is, his public demeanor reflects his locker room presence, which is weak and un-athoritative. Which is why players thought that his get tough mia culpa at the end of the season was so comical.

I could careless whether Wade or Jerry admit their was a chemistry problem. Actions speak louder than words. Jerry did the right thing, cutting owens before the problem spiraled out of control the way it did in philly. Wade and Jerry don't need to take the bait the media's offering. ESPN would love nothing more than an Owens vs Cowboys fued. We as an organization need to keep looking ahead and not feed into this TMZ nonsense.

Shut up Michelin Man.

Here's a recent picture of Wade. Things have changed a bit since the plastic surgery but the premise remains the same.

So, you think that he is a respected head coach? You know, a guy who gets a very talented team to perform in crunch time.
