I could not agree more with Demarcus Ware.

And no one on this team deserves the big raise he's going to get more than this guy.

I think part of leadership is not just talking but doing. Irvin was vocal no doubt about it but he produced without that you are nothing but hot air. I think it is hard for a young player to take on that role but Ware now is a vet and the biggest impact player on the defense I think he will take on that role

I think ego are good and bad, Irvin clearly had an ego he felt he was the best and was never afraid to say so he was one of the biggest trash talkers in the league and he wanted the ball. When things are going bad that same ego can become a problem which is why you hear many players say winning is the best cure
