actually, the only person I'd like to see punched in the face more than Deion, IS Warren Sapp.

Deion is numero uno for me. I think Sapp is okay.

And I don't see where this is really any evidence that Brad was Werder's source. I could see him talking to Sapp since they were teammates and are friends, but I don't see where that means he talked to Werder.

Though if he did, it would serve TO right for calling out Brad on Deion's stupid little sit-down.

Let me say again how happy I am it's Buffalo's problem now.

Even after...?

Sapp Calls NFL a "Slave System"
Unhappy that the NFL powers had warned him against skipping through the Indianapolis Colts' pregame warm-ups, Sapp blasted the NFL and Washington Commanders linebacker LaVar Arrington in an interview Sunday on CBS' "The NFL Today." "He got what he wanted," Sapp said of Arrington, "He snitched and slave master come down. That's all that is. ... Stop a man from doing something that he's been doing for nine years? And so now there's a rule against me. Thanks. I knew (the league) was gonna do what they did because they've been notoriously against Sapp. Like I said before, it's a slave system. Make no mistake about it, slave master say you can't do it, don't do it. They'll make an example out of you."

Not only were Sapp’s words way off base, but they were a slap in the face to his own race. How can a man that has been made a multi-millionaire by playing a game call the institution that made him rich a “slave system” and compare what he is going through with the circumstances a real slave lived under?

Dude is an idiot. I hate that guy.
I don't know why NFL Net insists on hiring these morons.

I don't know about that. What he said about the myth that football teams are a " family " is 100% true.

Can't wait for the rainbows and sunshine season. Andre Gurode can snap again. Flo won't jump offsides anymore. Romo's turnover issues are cured. Our secondary will start to force some turnovers now. Greg Ellis will stop complaining. Wade finally grew a pair. All because 81 is gone.

Sapp's actually not saying the team was messed up. He's saying the problem was TO, according to Brad Johnson. I hope he's right.

I hadn't thought that Brad might be the leak, and it's impossible to say, but it does make sense. The tone of the comments is really familiar, but it never made sense to me that Witten or Carpenter would start a leak that would just lead to problems for Tony and for the team. Brad's been around long enough to not care anymore. He probably wasn't close with TO, given how poorly he played when he got in the game, and he'd have enough access to Tony to know what he's thinking. This is the best theory I've seen about the leak last year yet.

Deion Sanders is the biggest ***-clown in the NFL, by the way. Sapp's annoying, Marshall's insufferably smug. Deion is just a straight-up ***-clown. Send that jag off to Buffalo next season and keep him the hell away from the Cowboys, please.

It's nice to know that NFL players have a secret code against talking about football with their roommates.

This kid?

Thanks. Can I go out and play?

Did you get your #81 Bills Jersey yet?

That line never ever ever ever ever ever gets old.

And this issue is relevant because it would be nice to stop seeing people say Witten was the snitch. The 'kid' doesn't deserve that BS.

:horse:
And nobody is talking about Witten being a snitch anymore or any of last years mess but YOU... Dude go back to posting your great vids and info and leave last years drama alone. Geeez!!!

Only TO apologists thought Witten was the snitch. I suspected Carp or Ellis, but it being brad now makes sense. He was effectively cut during the Giants game. No wonder Jerry took a shot at him.

I doubt Johnson is the snitch. What motivation does he have? Sapp and he go way back and I think its moreso a buddy buddy thing rather than a snitch. The only motivation I could see is if Werder is telling him he can get him a studio job when his career is over. I highly doubt it though. Johnson been in the league for 8 zillion years and he never had any issues anywhere.

For the record, I think the players know who it is by now. If it was Johnson Owens would still be here. It had to be somebody still on the team with some major pull. If the rat is gone then why get rid of TeeO? To me its obvious its Romo or Witten. I remember when the Cowboys played the Packers on the NFL Network in the 07 season, the NFL Network did a 3 hour pregame show just like they always do and during it you can clearly see Romo and Werder goofing around like they were in junior high while the pregame hosts talked. Remember there stage is always on the field so you can see these things. There were many COWBOY players out there but he chose to goof around with Werder. When Owens was cut I dont beileve Romo has said anything as of yet. Its all speculation but we all know Jerry, he wouldnt cut his prize possession for anyone. He did it for Romo. Its like when Deion came in, do you think he would of cut him if Jason Garrett complained? Now if Troy complained it would be a different story.

I agree. BJ is so old that he'd forget all the details before he could spill to any contact.

Johnson has much more reason to talk than either Romo or Witten. Romo'd be the last person likely to say anything. There's more upside to him in staying quiet, and more even in coming out directly with any criticism. Romo's also unlikely to refer to himself in the third person when talking to Ed Werder.

The Witten guesses were always crazy in my book. The quotes don't sound like him and it'd be so far out of character for him to say anything that way. Never made any sense.

As for Johnson, why *wouldn't* he talk? He had nothing to lose, has plenty of motive to think TOs an ***, and he wasn't going to be back next year anyway. Plus, Sapp mentions him by name, though he's obviously talking about an off-the-record conversation.

Have I mentioned that Deion Sanders is a huge ***?

That is flawed. Perhaps the Front Office decided to get rid of ALL of the troublemakers. In fact, that is what they did. They kept the guys with character who cared about redeeming last season's debacle. This year you will see a proud, focused, and energized team.
