DeCamillas needs to go, our special teams freaking blow.

How the hell does Hurd touch that onside kick??? The ball clearly had not gone 10 yards, so either Hurd did not understand one of the basic rules of football or he chose to hit the ball anyways.

Either way, that crap is on DeCamillas. He is the freaking special teams coach and it is his job to make sure every single player on the onside recovery team UNDERSTANDS THE FREAKING RULES!!!!!

If a player is too stupid to understand the rules (as I am beginning to think Hurd might be) then is is also the job of the special teams coach to recoginize he has a ****** for a player and that it would not be a good idea to put him on the onside recovery team.

Add to this f'up the fact that we cant kick FGs worth crap and our cover teams are a freaking joke........IT ALL COMES BACK TO DeCAMILLAS.

You know Folk didnt hit the laces...

So Wade making a mistake is somekind of crime?

This has happened more than once, your missing the point. Wade said they would wait till like a crucial field goal is missed, why wait when you know there is a problem.

1. wade waited to fix run blitz before tampa bay game
2. then wade had to fix pass defense in 1st giant game
3. then he waits & waits to fix crayton fumbling issue, then Joe D gets rossum
4. Jerry Jones has to get ogletree involved, wade has no answer
5. Now the kicking problem, he waits and waits to fix problems,

WRONG, THAT IS NOT THE MARK OF A HEAD COACH PERIOD!

Anyone that wants Coach Joe to be replaced or fired...needs to go back and rewatch every Kick,Punt and return under Bruce Read until they realize how good of a Job Coach Joe has done on this team.

If someone seriously wants Coach Joe gone and they have done the above, they need to continually hit themselves in the privates region until they are sure they will never be able to procreate.

Seriously guys, that is pretty stupid to want the man gone when he has done such a good job this year.

Good grief it makes me ashamed that someone claiming to be a cowboys fan would even suggest that.

EXACTLY! the main problem wade as head coach is suppose to get on the players when they mess up, make them aware of it, & when they mess up, you hold them accountable with later demoting them or cutting them if issues keep coming up. You just cant say, everything is going to be all right guys.

Wade Phillips must think no one has a TIVO/DVR and goes back and re-watches the game...

I don't care if it's the kicker or the holder. Get it fixed ASAP! If not then make a change to one of those components.

But for the love of God don't tell me you are sure the guy 'hit the laces' and I go back and check the replay and watch the kicker not come close to hitting the laces.

Frustrating.

We've got fans wanting to pull players cause their 'retards'? We replace them with what? We've got a guy making videos all in the name of "look, I told you Wade is a liar" because it "bothers" him. Then we've got fans pulling the Parcells card.

Replacing the one bright coaching spot in this team? BRILLIANT!
