Doesn't sound like Jason Cole is a fan of Wade Phillips, lol.

Oh please please please let Washington become the fashionable, trendy, smart pick for opening weekend.

I so hope every talking head gets sucked into that. It will make their fall that much sweeter!:D

This clip set a new record for jumping the shark when they called our offense "catastrophic" within the first three seconds.

Like Silver said in owning this guy... You're judging them off the first two weeks of preseason? Seriously?

That moron also admitted that he had not seen any one of our games in their entirety, yet he continued to talk like he had the Cowboys doom and gloom all figured out. Truth is, he's just another hater listening to only the Cowboy-hate-speak and just spewing what he hears back, and is never looking for himself to see how wrong he might be.

Catastrophic?

Catastrophic?

Get on to SAC, tell them to flush the bombers.

Close up the mountain.

All stations, this is Crystal Palace, stand by for a message from Brass Hat.

This is General Beringer at NORAD. Our current situation is... Men, we're currently tracking 2400 Cowboys fans on high ledges and bridges. At this time we cannot confirm that they are not Commanders fans learning that there is no preseason Super Bowl trophy. Again, we cannot confirm this.

Set DefCon 6: Emergency Fading

The situation is far from catastrophic, but I would like to see more sharpness and efficiency in the Cowboys offense than I have. Suffice to say, I would prefer the Cowboys look more like the Packers have looked thus far in preseason.

I figured out what the first team offense had done the other day, but its basically 7 possessions, 2 3-and-outs, 3 scoring drives, 1 TD, 2 FGs, one turnover...

Certainly nothing to write home about, and we all expect better, but catastrophic? Really?

Hey Salty, think one touchdown scored off an interception return leaving a whole 8 yard drive might have led to a Jackie Gleason quote: 'One of these days, Gladys, I'm going to send you to the moon!'

OR, it's just what it is, a super safe game approach in just a progression of a rather long exhibition period? The foundation for a game-plan should start this weekend against Houston. I would be at least interested if the 1st unit didn't score a TD producing drive in a first quarter possession. But even here, this is a dress rehearsal on procedure.:starspin

I can't believe such a respected sports network as Yahoo would employ such frauds! It's a disgrace!

everybody would, but the recent track record for this team in the season speaks for itself.

Laufenberg has talked to romo and the last two nights he has said on the news that romo is suffering from lingering back pain, not sure if it is from the hit in the oakland game but he said it was affecting his play.

Most likely it's simply a veteran team not very fired up about preseason.

This week they're ramping things up to be more like a regular season game, and by all reports the offense was much sharper yesterday. What a coincidence.

Holy ****, his eyebrows are out of control.
I couldn't hear him over the sound of them. Those things go all the way to ELEVEN.

Really? You want our defense giving up oodles of points? Or allowing our opponents starting position near the 50 due to horrible speacial teams play?

There's 9/11.
And then there's the fact the Cowboys first team offense didn't score in three drives in preseason.

I guess those are the two catastrophes of my lifetime I watched unfold live on television.

I was speaking in terms of the thread topic, which is the Cowboys offense.
