Hey guys, I am sorry for the delay.

I stayed up til 2:30 editing and encoding the videos. I set them all up to upload to youtube, when I got up none of them had worked and I had an error message.

I am uploading them again, so far the roy video is done. They will probably all be done by noon central.

Sorry for the delay, they are long videos with big files so the uploads are taking forever!

I got an email around 3 from unnamed sources saying they weren't going to load.You need more than leadership. You've got a mole.

so far roy is uploaded but stuck in processing for some reason and ellis is done. Romo should be done soon.

yea the roy video is uploaded, but it is being transcoded or processed as youtube calls it.

I did that one as a wmv 720p file and I am not sure utube likes wmv's all that much.

part 1 of romos interview is up. I will add in a few minutes.

Just keep checking back on the roy video, whenever the transcode is done utube's end it will be there.
