Vince Young is no longer the titans QB according to Jeff F. Injury or no injury due to him storming out of the locker room when media was in there.
 
Fischer has shown extremely poor leadership in his handling of the QB position.
 
Evidently VY hurt his thumb and was pissed that Fisher wouldn't let him back in and threw his uniform in the stands? Grow up VY.
 
Yeah VY needs to grow up but Fisher also never liked him and has handled this very poorly. Fisher isn't any better IMO.
 
at risk of sounding like a homer, VY is a player, and a winner and all he wants to do is play and win. he got benched for a season and a half and it tore him up inside cause it was BS that he got benched in the first place, now he gets a small injury but can still play, still wants to play and he is benched again. honestly i would be sick of that BS too.

Can somebody elaborate, I have not heard what happened.


Vince got hurt but was ok, but Fisher pulled him anyways???

he hurt his thumb, i have heard torn flexor tendon but there would be no way to really know because he hasnt really been examined but he wanted to go back in. if he could throw i dont see why not, im sure QBs of old played with broken fingers plenty. VY seemed to think he was good enough to go.
 
Vince tore the flexor tendon in his throwing hand. He got it taped up and wanted to back in, but Fisher said in the PC something to the effect he (JF) was told it would impact his ability to control the ball. So he wouldn't put him back in. Don't quote me on this stuff, I'm doing it from memory after watching one of the postgame shows.

Q Rkelly coming in to defend the quitter VY. :laugh2: VY has nobody to blame but himself.

Anytime things get REALLY bad, VY shows his true colors.

i can believe it. Vince Young has some serious emotional issues that surfaced a few years ago when he pulled that disappearing act, and there were some that were scared he was going to hurt himself.

The Titans will be drafting a new starting QB very soon. VY is done.
 
Young evidently tossed his uniform into the stands. Looks like he may be done in TN.
 
They said he ran from the locker room so fast that the Safety tried to stop him, but could not catch him.

Young is a joke, but the Titans cannot start that 12 year old QB who they played today. Sign Brunell or someone.
