what is funny is watching all of you, who bashed me senseless anytime I showed support for Vince, anytime I called for him to get playing time, anytime I said the Titans were better off with him as their QB......washing all that rotten egg off your faces, while dining on some southern fried crow.

Props to those few posters that were on my side of the fence......and never waivered in your support of Young. I applaud loyalty.

I have no lotalty, but I was always on his side. However I think sitting helped him get the mental part of his game apparently corrected.

Even you have to admit that he is a totally different QB now then he was before his benching. The knock on Vince was that he was strictly a running QB and could not beat you from the pocket. That was legit criticism and only now is Vince showing that he can be a pocket passer.

They just showed the entire 99 yd drive on NFLN during the NFLN Redzone Replay.

That one pass to Kenny Britt (which I don't think was intended for Britt) doesn't say enough about how Vince Young managed that drive.

I wouldn't say totally different, just more developed and prepared. Before his benching he was winning, and throwing well from the pocket. He's been a better passer in the pocket than out going back to Texas. Was even putting up a lot of yards in some games(this wasn't his first 300 yard game). He just looked like a young, inexperienced qb who would make too many bad decisions and int's in between good ones. He did have games and moments where you could see he had the actual ability to be really good if he kept getting better. At Texas his deep ball accuracy was fantastic, had more trouble with intermediate stuff. Now his deep accuracy is showing and he looks to be able to hit guys consistently long or short.

If not this season, that team offense has a lot to look forward to. They have maybe the best Oline in the league and some very strong and young talent at the skill positions. VY is decent, Britt is going to be very good, CJ is all world, that young TE (Cook) is a stud, etc.

It's only been 5 games...

Still a 5 game win streak is an accomplishment in the NFL. I am proud every time Dallas goes on a 5 game win streak and they don't do it very often. I hope Dallas is in the middle of a 5 game winning streak right now.
