Vote: QB in 2009

I am throwing this out because of all the Vince Young love out there. My opinion is that we should do whatever we need to to get the best QB in the draft in 2007. Brady Quinn? Looks like it, especially with another year under Weiss.

I like playing with all the options. I guess it posts the message before you add the options. Go figure.

I'm still pulling for Henson. I'd love for him to come on in a year, when we've built a strong team, and light things up from the get-go. Pipe dream? Maybe. But having a solid team to start with makes it SO much easier on a young QB.

I'm assuming that we would be getting some good QB play. If I had to choose between the bunch, I'd definitely take Romo. He's the cheapest of the bunch and from a natural athletic ability standpoint, he's probably got the least amount of natural talent, so there probably wouldn't be a ton of teams wanting his services.....thus, keeping his price tag down.

Personally I don't care who is QB'ing, as long as he's good and wins big games.

I've said this before but the only chance Dallas really has of being a legitimate long term Super Bowl contender is if Romo or Henson takes the reins soon and for a long time.

I'm not saying either will, but that is the best case scenario for the Cowboys. Quinn is going to take a top 5 pick if not the top pick next year. Dallas would either have to really have an unhealthy season for them to have that pick next year or would have to sacrifice the ability to add quality talent to trade up for it.

Of all those Brady Quinn would have to be my pick. He's coming from the perfect situation and would be a great pick.

I picked Henson because 1) he is on our roster and we don't have to spend a 1st on him and 2)I believe he is the most talented between him and Romo (does not mean he will be better).

So that is who I want to succeed and be the QB of the Cowboys.

That said if Romo can fulfill some of the expectations that people have put on him, I'm all for that too.

Now if you ask me who I think will be the QB, I will answer after NFLE season.
