Wade: Barber has a broken thumb, Ware stress fracture in foot

Both of whom do not pass block as well as Barber. That's the point of playing an injured Barber during certain pass plays.

I guess slate thinks that our two younger backs are like plug and play in madden....

So it's obvious when Barber's in that we will throw the ball?

K got it.

It's a general "we" in reference to the board as a whole.:D

Of course, that's not to say my posting applies to every single board member.

We all know -- at least on a purely intellectual level -- the Cowboys organization is unconcerned with and largely unaware of our individual opinions. But this knowledge doesn't make it any less frustrating.
The Billboard For Jerruh folks may disagree with your hypothesis. Or, at least, they disagree that the Cowboys brass will remain unconcerned about their opinions.

Hopefully not. This is the very reason Barber still receives a healthy portion of the carries much to the dismay of certain posters.

I like my act.

That's completely obvious and the entire problem. You're either ignorant of your behavior or a complete bore. Feel free to have the last word as this is a complete waste of my time now. I've made my point to those with normal social skills.

No Slate. Remember. Barber's injured thumb will not prevent him from running the ball, even if it's in a cast. You have seen running backs play with casts, yes?

Hey, I like Barber, but let's use some common sense. The guy will have a cast on his hand. He's a RB. Not good.

Everyone needs to chill.

Buehler is on this.

OLB/K hybrid.

We're good to go.

Individually, fans are powerless. In large enough groups, fans may be able to affect change. However, a billboard probably isn't the best way of going about it.

Actually no I havn't. I can't think of one. If you can name some and display how they did in those games, I will happily change my stance.

But... EVERYONE'S going to see it!

You're not seeing the full picture. Oh no. You're not. :nono:

We should probably step back from this thread, and evaluate the true source of our anger. It probably isn't our fellow posters.

Those with an emotional investment in this team (a group that includes all of us) can't help but be frustrated by the past 13 years.

On game days, we shout in dismay at the television set. We kick and stomp our feet. We use this board as a catharsis for our anger and frustration.

But, eventually, we realize the Cowboys organization is completely deaf to our cries and lamentations. It simply doesn't hear us. So, we redirect our anger and hostility towards objects that can hear us and do respond accordingly -- each other.

:hammer:

Adam Walker. As a 49er, he had a single rushing attempt for four yards against the Cowboys in 1995.:D

Choice has proven to be a plug and play guy...

Has he not?

Tru.

In stark contrast, Felix has proven to be plug & pray.

I'm sorry that I didn't clarify myself, Slate. If Barber's going to play with a cast, it will be one which he will wear protecting his thumb. So, no, I can't give you a list of running back which I recall having seen play with a cast covering their entire arm or even forearm for that matter.

Jobberone's got the right idea. 'Nite, Slate. :)

Wow. Slate is putting you guys to sleep one by one. He's in rare form. :D
