Wade: Barber has a broken thumb, Ware stress fracture in foot

huhhhhhhh?!?!?!?!

how long has this been the case and why have they just found out now?

Crap! Just when I thought we would come out of the bye week healthy! How does this happen over a bye week?

Barber's thumb was thought to be a sprain because the swelling went down, but then it swelled again this week and they x-rayed it.

Ware's foot has been sore for "a couple weeks". They just x-rayed it, too and found the fracture.

I knew Ware wasn't healthy. I bet it's been more than two weeks, too.

And people complain that they don't do enough tackling and full speed drills in practice. Think about how many injuries they would have if they did.

Does this equal fumbles and no sacks :bang2:

The stress fracture does sound like **** :(

This makes sense. Ware has obviously been hurt. I hate that it's a foot problem, though.

You got X-Ray eyes? ;)

I can deal with Barber's fractured thumb.

But a stress fracture in Ware's foot? Oh man. That's going to linger and limit his productivity the entire year.

Crap.

I'd bet that as well it was more than obvious something was off and for a while now

how the hell they don't catch this stuff sooner generally when you tell a doc something hurts the first thing they do is x-rays this is a pro team and they aren't doing x-rays right away? geez

No kidding. Unlike MRIs, x-rays are cheap and easy to facilitate. Never underestimate the incompetence of Dallas trainers.

The players run this team.

These coaches suck. Ware probably blew them off when they asked about his sore foot.

It's annoying.

In the last three seasons this has been the worst managed team as far as injury situations go in the history of the NFL.

That's a fact.

If the NFL best defensive player even remotely complains about a sore foot you get him to the best foot specialist in the league. Instead thi team waits a few weeks to even get him an X-Ray.

:laugh2:

LOL at this being a coaching problem.

Guys get hurt all the time in football. They don't run to the doctor everytime they get an ouchie.

Some guys know this... They just want to bash the coaches for anything. It's stupid.
