He has to go we mind as well get a new coach in now so the team can get familiar with there system. I know Romo Got hurt and I expeced us to struggle, but the way we are getting carved up is inexcusable. Time for the overhaul. I don't care who we bring in make the change. The season is over mind as well get the team moving in the new direction
 
I think based on how the team reacted to Romos injury and quit JJ has the justification to change his mind and tell all that WP should not have allowed the team to quit. Plus his side of the ball, defense, let all down

Goodbye Philips...a nice guy...but being nice does not cut it alone

This is true.. but i wouldn't say this is all Wade's fault. Just unfortunate that he's gonna be the goat. Honestly a new coach isn't even going to matter until Jerry stops playing "football guy" and lets a coach come in here or a GM.. and actually run the football side of the operation. Until then we're just gonna have "yes man" after "yes man" as our Head Coach anyway.

So you can blame this on "Coach Jerry" as far as im concerned.
 
Yeah romo got hurt but our d has been terrible and that is being nice
 
It doesn't really matter at this point for the rest of the season. Team isn't going to change now that Romo is out.

Iknow the season is over i am saying give the team a head start for next season
 
Wade is trash as a coach.

Never been any good....at any stop, why anyone thought it was going to be different in Dallas is beyond me.
 
Did Halloween come early? What a horror show. What I've seen tonight is just brutal. When your QB goes down, you hope the team can rally. They just look so unprepared and defeated. I just can't see keeping Wade around.

Head start how? You are gonna promote from within (Garrett) and he may not even be retained.

New HC will be using all new methods, likely new schemes, etc., You aren't getting a head start on anything.

Even more, if we fire Wade, not only do we have to replace our HC this season, we will need to find a new person to be DC as well. Whole lot of new responsibilities if we do it.

They're really not getting a head start on anything until the new head coach is hired and brings in his own staff.
 
The team quit. The defense allowed 31 points when they should not allow that. The injury was on the QB which should have no impact on how you defend. On that ground JJ will Fire HIM Tomorrow

That only works if you actually hire the new head coach this season. Learning one or two new schemes under an interim coach who isn't even likely to be on the staff at all next season doesn't accomplish anything of note.

No but I think Christmas can come early for Cowboy fans if Wade is fired tonight.
 
I just got an ugly feeling Jerry is going to give Wade one more year since Romo went down, so its "not really Wade's fault."

nooooooooooooooooo no no no no we was 1-4 b4 romo went down. Now if we were 4-1 and romo got hurt and we struggled that is differnt be he should have been fired a while ago
