To whom. As in "to whom are you referring." You really don't want to end the sentence in a preposition, do you?

I remember learin' all that stuff in school, and always thought it a bit anal. The purpose of speech is to communicate ideas. I a really good idea is communicated in improper sentence structure, soe that make it less good?

And don;t give me that crap about impressions. I am too dern old and been there too long to care about impressions.
