Fire Wade and take his flunkies with him. Take the 3-4 with him too, let Red Ball take over, and Campo can take over the defense, and make changes as needed in the offseason.

Agreed. I always think Clove is going to go on a killing spree after a loss it makes me feel that I'm not wrong in the way I feel.

This team will not even make the playoffs much less the S.B.

Offense...mediocre at best
Defense....mediocre at best
Special teams...worst I've seen in 20 years!

I'm starting to agree with this post.

You sound just like Jerry. Are you sure you two wern't seperated a birth?:laugh2:

Garret isn't the answer either! He can't even handle Romo.

Common, let´s not get carried away with the offense here:

Offense...very good, not exactly where we would want it, but we have time.
Defense....mediocre at best, Agree.
Special teams...worst I've seen in 20 years![/ Agree.

never saw worse ST either. just sad.
Offense is actually pretty mediocre when you take out the quick-strike. our ability to sustain drives, churn the ball & play small-ball is mediocre. Now add in the penalties, turnovers, untimely poor-blocking, terrible run-blocking (for several years) and it's mediocre with some big-play ability.

Our LBs are overrated b/c they're too slow(outside of Ware and Thomas, that is). We also need more pass rushers.

As for ST-we DO have the talent to play alot better, but we don't. Defensive minded coaches usually put alot of emphasis into ST, not sure why Wade doesn't.

We average 29 points a game.

Yep. Average.

People seem to forget that we came out flat all the time under Parcells. Again, at some point you have to blame the players.

I think we just have some dumb players and no real leaders. The only guy that seems to show real emotion is TO.

I don't think Garrett is our answer to the HC question either.

I, at one time, was ok with the thought of maybe Jason being HC.

Now I hope they don't go in that direction. They probably will but I don't think he's ready.

I HOPE we don't go in that direction either but it already seems like we will. :banghead:

What makes y'all think he'd be a good HC if he can't even do his current job?

Wade is not the answer but Jason Garret isn't either.

Great job, Fat Boy. You're weak arse mentallity has now effected the team.

MENTALLY WEAK!

Fixed.

And to the one that said (before the season started) that it would be dumb to get rid of the ST's coach that late into it (you know who you are), yeah, it was real smart keeping him, huh?

He has not cost us 1 game (so far).

ACCOUNTABILITY- It is often used synonymously with such concepts as answerability, enforcement, responsibility, blameworthiness, liability and other terms associated with the expectation of account-giving. As an aspect of governance, it has been central to discussions related to problems in both the public and private (corporation) worlds.

All great teams, organizations, workplaces have it.

Does this team have it under Wade? No, but he does it behind closed doors. B.S. Wades' attitude was good during a transition from BP, but a some point the leader and the team need to hold each other responsible.

What about trying to get Bill Cowher here...He seems to be able to light a fire under his player Arses?

I though Jerry should have went on a tirade in the locker room right after the game cussing out the players, then exclaimed, Camp Cupcake is over. Pointed at Wade and said "Your Fired, and take (point at Bruce Read) him with you!"

That should wake the team up.

Nah, Let big Red take the team. He is a non-nonsense kind of guy. I think he can handle it.

He's showing that he might not even be ready to be an OC, much less a HC.

Cowher versus Garrett

I think I would take Cowher - but that is just me.
