We need a coach somewhere in the middle of BP and Wade. BP's constant negative style started affecting the players and in the end started having a bad affect. We need a coach who will pat the players on the butt and tell them they did a good job when they do and jump there *** and get in there face when they screw up. We need a coach who at half time will come unglued in the locker room when we play like crap in the first half. I think Jeff Fisher is that type off coach and possibly Bill Cowher too. A change has to be made after the season. We also need a change in defensive philosophy. We are not getting enough pressure on the opposing QB and are giving the opposing receivers way too much space.

I agree here. Coach Parcells became consistently dour at the end and Phillips is consistently apologetic.

There is no doubt this team is ill-prepared, soft and sloppy...all three traits lead right back to the coach and all three traits are fatal.

If anyone truly believes this team will be able to coast through the regular season and simply turn on the switch come playoff time I urge you to watch last year's playoff game against the G-men. It doesn't happen.

Two perfect candidates. They seem like no nonsense guys but people that levels it out with having fun as well. They also get the best out of there players. Cowher had no problems winning playoff games. He got over the hump in 2005. But he went to what 6 AFC Championship games?

You freaking people amaze me. Why should we fire the coach? Did he tell Folk to miss a field goal, kick the ball out of bounds, tell the kickoff team to give up a touchdown? No he didn't. I guess maybe he should spend more time in practice telling the kicker to kick it inbounds. Maybe he just took for granted that a kicker knows he needs to keep it in play,but I guess not. Why can't the blame ever be on the players? I mean we went from the ultimate hard@#$ in Parcells and always looked the same. Then we get an easy going players coach and still the same. Or tell the O-Line to not block, or Romo to stop coughing up the ball so much, or not defend the punter and the list goes on and on. :

You can only coach so much, after that its up to the players to execute. If any coach has to go its the special teams coach.

3rd and 17 and you give up a first down on a screen is unacceptable in a close game. 1st and 15 and you give up 8 yards, straight up the gut, mano a mano, is unaccpetable. 12 guys in the huddle after a timeout with the game on the line is unacceptable. Repeated breakdowns in ST play are starting to wear thin.

The offense scored 10 points with 3 minutes left to tie it. But the O is not without blame. The OL was absolutely putrid. This team lacks discipline, focus and intensity. They are unprepared and unaccountable. That falls squarely at the feet of our HC.

Clearly, the entire coaching staff sucks. The GM sucks, the OC sucks, the special teams coach is beyond sucking, the DC is an idiot, the secondary coach is a mess, the list goes on.

No leadership from the coaches, or the team. This team is made up of a bunch of guys with no fricking hearts.
