That is true this is by far the best team in the Garrett era and this young team is going to be something to reckon with for long time and I really like what this front office is doing building this team just hope this staff can stay together at least 2 more years because they're just scratching the surface of putting it all together.

I do not think Wade's style will gel with Gruden's. Gruden does not sound like an authoritarian type coach but he does not seem like the Switzer style coach either.

Wade would come in and use those guys to the best of their ability and that D would be really nasty.
The problem is he doesn't sustain it when everyone knows exactly the defense will do.

I would prefer they hire someone else though because I don't wanna see them be good for even one season.

Wade is an excellent DC. Not to worry,once Gruden is fired and Wade becomes the head coach,all will be lost.Sorry not worried about this potential hire.
