I don't think there's much to this, but I do have to mention this:

I've never seen a coach celebrate an opponents' missed field goal like Wade does. And I'm not talking about misses late in the game with the clock ticking down. I'm talking about first-quarter field goals.

It's like he won the lottery.

He likes touchdowns by his team, but nothing sends him into a euphoric, orgasmic high like watching the opposing kicker miss the up-rights.

Wade is a defensive coach above all else. Whenever his team scores it helps his defense. When the opposing team misses a FG, it's a win for his defense. It's a turnover. The offense gets the ball at the spot and his defense gets a rest. The opposing team gets deflated.

Missed FGs are important.

For years I watched Landry stand on that sideline emotionless he looked the same win or lose, he also felt by him staying under control his team would stay under control. He dressed like it was a business meeting because to him this was business. It was who he was. As for Wade according to players he is not as "soft" as some make him out to be he clearly is not a fire and brimstone type guy but why should that matter how you get your point across is what should matter. Right now Mr. Tom Coughlin and his firey ways sure as hell has not been making a big differance as his team has hit a 4 game losing streak.

Not saying it is good or bad. It is what it is. If it works and they bring home a championship, great!
