They won't.

I hated Phillips as a head coach because he was Mr Softie. But the man has always been a good defensive coordinator.

Well the problem with that would be that McCarthy wont do it.....it would have to be a Jerry power move, and do we really want that?

That aside if you look at replays of games from that 2007-9 range, you see dudes flying all over the place making plays.

If we had anything close to that now we would have something.

It wouldn't be ideal, but I wouldn't roast Jerry for realizing that this is a mess either. But as I've said, I don't expect anything will happen.

That does make the player the Cowboys have are 3-4 players. When teams switch from 4-3 to 3-4 it usually take at least 2 years if lucky nefore they are good. Just look at the Cowboys when they did it and how long it took to get good.

but Wade runs a 3-4 it would be better suited if he were acquired in the offseason rather than now.....
