It's a lack of leadership at the top that causes the problem not the playing of dominos.

Didn't the almighty Jimmy try and take the games away from them once, or another coach during his time (Might have been during Switzer's time not sure) but the team rebeled against that and the idea of stopping the games lasted all of about 12 seconds.

Wade isn't going to be able to enforce that, especially after being known as Mister Nice Guy.

The problem isn't the games being played in the lockerroom it is the lack of leadership at the top of the organization.

Look in every locker room, there is a game of dominoes breaking out in I'd say 95% of them. If it's not dominoes, it's cards or something similar.

I agree, the team needs a leader. Someone like a Ray Lewis. Not to say the Boys go after him, but that is what this team needs.

wade should resign but since he won't he should practice them so hard they will be too tired to clown around after practice.

This is not that far from the truth. Most of the "new and improved" Wade Phillips will draw this kind of reaction if he takes it too far. Any changes he makes have to be subtle otherwise they will see right through it and lose whatever little respect they have for him as it is.

Didn't want the players to get too comfy

Same thing should apply everywhere.....including games

Get rid of the playland mentality around Valley Ranch.....and go to work

Hence the injuries that permate thoughout this team.
