I've watched your posts over the years, at the ranch, I guess now you're coming here for a new audience.

I seriously doubt you've ever played any kind of organized sport, or remotely been involved in any lockerroom type atmosphere.

Some guys read, some guys play board games, some text, some write, they do whatever. Relaxes them, allows them to concentrate, gets their mind off football for a second or two.

What playland mentality? I've never seen this, or heard of it.

We got an injury bug for the first time in years. If the injuries that happened this year were a result of "lack of contact" - then what the hell happened the year before? Mostly injury free, same concept, same coach, same drills, same OTA's, and same practice. Here's a hint: The injuries weren't caused by a "lack of hitting". Even Parcells didn't make the players hit ALL OF THE TIME.

The problem isn't the games being played in the lockerroom it is the lack of leadership at the top of the organization.

how does that help anything? Some people get focused from doing different things. It could be their superstition (sp) for them too. that just would be stupid to change their game day traditions
