but what about the guy that is suppose to help Romo which is Wade Philips, the Quarterbacks coach.

Wade Phillips would be nasty.

Yeah seriously though, this guy needs the boot.

Our reason for Romo's struggles have a lot to do with this scrub. He got the boot from Chicago which has Qb's like Grossman, Orton, and co. Enough said.

Also didn't we have him before? Who did he coach... Carter, Hutch?

LOL, look how that turned out.

It is much simpler. Garrett should not get a pass for not realizing he had 3 stud backs and this team could have been a running team first and foremost and mix in the passing game.

Run Barber and Choice for the bulk of the running, throw in Felix for a change of pace and when the D starts putting 8 in the box, throw to single coverage on the outside to TO and Crayton and up the seam to Witten covered by LB's and this offense would have been humming all year.

Plus, you don't need to trade draft picks for Roy Williams and can build depth through the draft the way the last 10 superbowl champs have.

Totally agree but Garrett isn't going anywhere unless he gets a job.

If Jerry isn't going to dump Wade Phillips after this putrid season, why in the world would he dump Wade Wilson, a long-time back-up QB for this team and a mentor to Troy Aikman? His emotional attachment is just too great. After all, he already brought him back once after Parcells showed him the door.

easy...One is making big money and the other isn't.

Romo needs discipline. He needs to remember he is an example settter, a leader. He is not 1 of 53, he is the leader. He needs a coach that can strike the fear of god in him and make him a more disciplined player.

and yes, he can still be the risk taking big playmaker in that situation.

It is clear as can be, right now the guys dont respect one another, they do not respect the coaches and most dont have enough respect for themselves.

That is why Wade needs to go. Romo may need a disiplinarian not a drunk.

HE was already fired. Parcells fired him.

That should have been enough for jerry to realize he is not competent.

Instead, jerry's safety mechanism kicks in and he brings him right back.
who was our qb coach last year?

Wade Wilson stunk as a QB, and so of course he stingks as a QB coach. Bad hire that should have never been.

And how many picks did Romo have? Fumbles? December wins? Playoff wins?

Should I go on?
sure if you could tell me who our qb coach was in 2007.

Jerry just loves his guys too much....As a matter fact, we now have two long time Dallas Cowboys back-up QBs coaching for us. Coincidence?

Wade wilson.

And to be consistent I said I hated him coming back from the start.

Last year was a different animal. Those guys were motivated from the loss in seattle and the fact that everyone said they werent good it was all parcells.

The guys romo had to answer to are long gone. He has no faith in anyone on that staff and it shows in his play. There was a shot of him in the cincy game on the bench, sitting next to garrett, romo was looking at the polaroids and garrett was talking to him....in mid sentence romo got up slammed the pictures down and walked away....garrett looked up at him and just had a look of disbelief on his face.

Thats it in a nutshell. Everything has come crashing down on them. The people these guys relied on are gone. With all the nonsense around romo this little bit extra probably doesnt improve the situation and he ends up with too much on his plate and the season goes bad.

this whole team needs discipline and a new coach could get everyones attention by demanding it from the quarterback.

Couldn't figure it out! That's o.k. Go google it! You sound stupid!

Hmmm....now let me see.
I am stupid for thinking that the players on this team, including the QB named Romo, are responsible for their own performance on the field. Get real!
That way of thinking is what's wrong with the Cowboys now. Too many free passes and to many willing to lay blame on everyone and everything other than where it belongs.
Romo, and many others, had a bad game. The team as a whole has not performed well this year. Yes, you can lay blame on the coaches for poor preparation during the week and poor play calling, but the players themselves are the ones on the field and they are responsible for their mistakes.

Your quote, "Please tell me what the quarterbacks descriptions is? I guess you don't understand his job... look it up and let me know what his job description says before you respond like you have no clue."

The QB is the trigger point for the offense. The last time I looked, the Dallas QB was named Romo, not Wilson.

Hang in their dude, time will heal you pain and frustration:)

So maybe if Wade and the circus stays, they will react the same.
But I still want them gone, lol.

No chris palmer was the qb coach in 06. He is now eli mannings qb coach.

Romo talked to chris palmer for about 15 to 20 minutes on the field the night of the giants game.....He didnt turn the ball over once....that night.
