Also, how ridiculous is it that JERRY made a post-game speech after the Raider game? THAT'S THE FRICKING HEAD COACH'S JOB. The Cowboys have no chance until Jerry is dead. It's terrible to say but it's the God honest truth. Jerry truly thinks he's the head coach, and it's a serious problem. Wade is a good DC but obviously didn't deserve another HC position.

Put two and two together. Jerry tugged on Jimmy's coat tails to win championships, he's living off of a major trade that led to that dynasty. Ever since then Jerry hasn't done jack. But because he's the owner of the Cowboys, he'll never get fired obviously. Jerry would've been fired around 7 years ago if he was the GM of any other team. When Stephen Jones takes over the reigns so he STAYS OUT OF THE HEAD COACH'S JOB, then we will make some noise.

Dude, I didn't say Garrett is holding Phillips back. I'm trying to say that Jerry made it completely uncomfortable for both coaches of how they were acquired. You find me another team where the OC was hired before the HC. Our owner is a joke of a man...but at least he's a great business man.

Jerry has been being Jerry since he bought the team and will continue to conduct himself in the same manner for the forseeable future.

Garrett was hired first,so what.If Wade was not comfortable he should have declined the job offer.

Jimmy is overrated in my opinion,his greatest asset at the time was that he knew every college player coming up.When you've recruited so many players at the collegiate level you have an advantage in the draft.As Jimmy was further removed from the college game his drafts weren't nearly as good.

I've been saying this forever, well not the Jerry dying part but yeah the team will probably suck until then, who knows Jerry may live to be 100. I just wish he'd hand it over to Stephen ASAP.

There's the issue right there. Wade was suckered. He KNEW he wasn't going to get a head coaching opportunity ANYWHERE else in the league. So it was either be a pupper head coach or a defensive coordinator. He did what any of us would done.

Team won't suck. This team does not suck. It would be less frustrating if this team did suck. This is what you get with Jerry, an average team that shows signs of promise but wont EVER EVER EVER EVER get it done.

The other thing to consider is that Dallas had a set amount of time to make a decision on Garrett.They had to hire him then and there or leave him in Miami.They interviewed Garrett for the head coaching job also if I remember correctly.

We lost today because of the players. Jerry had nothing to do with todays loss.

If you want to put a big picture blame on him than fine. But today I gotta go with the players I saw with my own 2 eyes lose this game for us.
