Make that two who will be sneaking in. I'm a lifelong Cowboy fan (lived in Corpus Christi in Texas in my early years) long since transplanted to the land of Burgandy and Gold. Fellow in my office has season tickets (a Commander fan indeed) and can't make the game and offered them up to me. Section 139 I believe and green parking (whatever that means). Anyway he knows I'm a huge Cowboy fan and thus sold me his tickets for face value. He cautioned me to be descreet as those in the adjacent seats eat Cowboy fans for breakfast and I do value my son's life.
Thus we are going undercover with our cowboys jersey's under our heavy coats. Our hope's we can hopefully slip down near the field later in the game and link up with other Cowboys fans and shed our coats where there will be strength in numbers.
Gosh I hope we can win this thing. It would be awesome to knock the skins out of the playoffs. Otherwize I'll be hearing from talk radio that they knocked the Cowboys off and they are super bowl bound. Talk radio this week has been insane down here. They are 100% convinced they can destroy everyone. I don't downplay their effort the last three weeks, however they have played teams that are really one dimensional and who suffer from really inconsistent Quarterback play. The Giants are disfunctional because Eli is just very inconsistent, ditto for the Bears QB and the Vikings GB. I think any decent to good team can take away one aspect of a teams offense. In the last game the Vikings were just unable with their green qb to take advantage of what was handed to them. My goodness the Skins had 9 folks in the box. Any decent NFL quarterback would have picked them apart.
Anyway, go Cowboys. I just hope we can find a way with a mix of starters and backups beat what I believe is far from an elite team.
