We have a guy on our PS who I think matches up better against San Fran: Moreno-Cropper.

That said, I don't think it's as much Cooks as it is McCarthy. All of a sudden, Cooks can't play.

Nah, I don't buy it.
This.

Cooks has been a pro's pro for years.

Cooks is going to find out why players come here to ruin their career, and go elsewhere for their SB

Cooks is an abject failure of an attempt at patching a massive hole on the cheap.

He wasn’t open either btw - he was too close to the sideline.

And give the job to Tolbert - this guy has no interest in playing football in Dallas.

And you can also make the same case about Stephon Gilmore - he’s washed .
Another good horse being wasted as our Jockey stinks...................

Cooks is not the problem. He could of had a huge game yesterday if the ball was delivered to him on time or on target. Dak missed a couple big plays to him.

However I don't understand what was the point of brining in Cooks if your going to handicap his abilities. They basically have a rope tied around his legs. Beyond pointless

Cooks was a mile open.
He wasn't required to keep running to the sideline, nor was Dak required to throw it there.
There was nothing above him upfield.
Don't run out of bounds.
Don't throw it out of bounds.
This is not complicated.

On the TD play he cleared it out for turpin by running a curl route/hook!

It’s kind of hard if he’s not getting the opportunities and I hate to say it but this type of offense is not suited for our type of receivers. You got Turpin, and you got cooks that got some really good speed it we don’t take a vantage of it, and our TE have not help out either Dak isn’t the only problem.

Watch the replay Dak had no time .
The time element was under control of Dak Prescott and he used the wrong angle for a receiver past his defender and seperating more. Learn something about football before you correct someone. You are making things up to back a personal opinion, not fact.

Cooks would have a walk-in touchdown if Dak had thrown the ball instead of messing around and chucking it out of bounds.

If you get a WR matched up on a LB, you should be licking your chops, not hesitating and moving around in the pocket. Dak has to see a ton of separation before he throws the ball instead of anticipating it. It is one of the reasons he struggles so much vs soft zone coverages.

Because Dak ran left after being pushed out of pocket .
Run son...he released the ball and threw it with the wrong trajectory... period. If one can't handle the job learn or get another player. That was a waste.

In service, we were taught to hit target, not look pretty.
