You are blaming the WR for what exactly? That he didn't throw the ball and catch it at the same time?
Lead your fast receiver open ahead of the slower defender.Cooks would have a walk-in touchdown if Dak had thrown the ball instead of messing around and chucking it out of bounds.
If you get a WR matched up on a LB, you should be licking your chops, not hesitating and moving around in the pocket. Dak has to see a ton of separation before he throws the ball instead of anticipating it. It is one of the reasons he struggles so much vs soft zone coverages.
Cooks was wide open on a TD scoring pass if Dak had not thrown the ball out of bounds! And give the job to Tolbert - this guy has no interest in playing football in Dallas.
And you can also make the same case about Stephon Gilmore - he’s washed .
I said complementary football. The defense has played well until AZ and SF while tue offense has just gotten by.Dak doesn't play defense.
Sacrifice another body on Dak's altar. So now Cooks is the problem?
All I can say to that is wow.
The term "Practice squad" should help you. It really should. We have a guy on our PS who I think matches up better against San Fran: Moreno-Cropper.
That said, I don't think it's as much Cooks as it is McCarthy. All of a sudden, Cooks can't play.
Nah, I don't buy it.
.....then "Rebuilding" becomes the new word."Waive Prescott."
There. I fixed it for you.
They play well against soft teams. Physical teams leads to the Cowboys being manhandled.I said complementary football. The defense has played well until AZ and SF while tue offense has just gotten by.
Okay......then "Rebuilding" becomes the new word.
ThisCooks was good everywhere he was at except here. Draw your own conclusion on that
