By rule players claimed after the season cannot participate in the playoffs.
Shepley was claimed after game 17 (Colts).
- He was active in 3 games as a practice squad player this season for Dallas.
- Active game 17 on the 53 man roster.
Assuming the Cowboys were planning to re-sign him to the ps, then it sucks for him to miss a chance to be elevated for a playoff game.
Since there is no practice or games for non-playoff teams, I don't think he gets paid for being on the Colts roster at this point in the year.
Apparently ps players get additional pay when their team wins in the playoffs.
