I’m a fan…might be the best 3T in the class. I like Harmon a little more as I think his length is a better scheme but I think both are 1st round players.

while I want desperately a top 1T, if we were to get one of these guys and toss Osa I would be pleased.

Well their last 4 first round picks were all linemen. 5 considering Parson is a DE. Im the last 15 years, they have spent a 1st round pick on a skill position players three times. So the idea Jones wants jersey sellers with the first round pick is a bit of a fallacy

I’m going to agree with that. Then I’m going to opine that since he has already invested that capital, he thinks the problem is fixed.

It’s not.

They think every first round pick is the same as a slam dunk FA acquisition. Not so. Every team busts them, especially in the 20s.

If you expect to win, you compensate in FA. They don’t, and don’t. Too busy outsmarting the rest of the league.

he lucked out with Romo and Dak at QB. did spend some picks earlier on at RB but not until Zeke did he again. CD and Dez.
Though one could argue that CB is considered a skill position.

What has really killed us is the failures in the 2nd rd. In the last fifteen years we really have only hit on three.

Right. I'm not going to pretend I know which one will be better. I just hope we get one of them.
