I am the most positive Cowboy fan around. I hate the negativity that is on this forum although I am used to it because I live in the Philly area. I come here to listen to fellow Cowboy fans talk about and root for their team. But i digress.
I am actually willing to concede the next two games as losses going into the bye in the hopes that Jerrah will see the writing on the wall and fire Garrett, hopefully with Richard as the interim because I am tired of the lack of accountability that comes with Garrett. I think Richard brings that.
I need something to get excited about because, in my heart of hearts, I know this is an 8-8 at best and the quicker we bring in new leadership, the better. I think the bye helps give him time to change some attitudes
How many of you would give up two games for a chance at something better?

why do you think Dallas losing to the leagues #1 defense and a division rival would be so pivotal as to make Jerry fire Garrett?
it would take a lot more than that

Justin Herbert could become a Giant QB is what I fear

Of the teams likely to finish near the bottom—who definitely need a QB:
-Denver
-Dallas
-Giants

I have no read on who would be the best QB, and how qualified he is. I’ve heard Herbert, Daniel Jones, Drew Lock...

I’m not so sure Richard would be a good HC just beacause he scream and yells. It’s hard to tell who’s going to be really good and not. Ron Rivera turned out to be a good HC,(who could have been ours) but at the time I wasn’t thinking he would. You just never know...but the main problem is as always is the Jones’. The team hasn’t been right since Jimmy left,so I don’t have much faith in anyone else on the sidelines changing all that. I know they can’t keep going around in circles like they’ve been under Garrett. It’s the same thing over and over,of good game bad game, good game ect.

I perused a small amount and this kid Herbert looks great. If we're going QB, get to the first selection whatever ever it takes.

Change isn't always good.

I believe the players have to want this.

Is it Garrett's fault that some these millionaires are satisfied with their money and accomplishments before they win..?

No

Thruout Garrett's tenure..

the players have repeatedly underacheived for him.

They flatline when you have to win to play the next week in the end of the season.

3 8-8 teams..

3 playoff wins in 8 years?

Repeated collapses at the clutch?

The players play the game.

Not the coaches.

Ron Rivera is a jack nut 1 super bowl
With a super talent like cam newton and a L to a brittle Peyton Manning

8-8 or 9-7 do not help us in our stated goal of landing the next great QB for this franchise, it will only prolong the agony of mediocrity.
