Or when a person posts an annoying post about a poster who is annoyed with the thread itself.

It could. And my apologies for semi busting your balls. Hasn't been the best of days today. Anyway, thanks for being cool throughout my idiocy. ;)

No problem, I didn't even take it that way Fletch.

So should we have drafted Moss instead of Ellis? :D

Merriman/Spears

Thats what I'd have Done. Ware is a smaller back that could develop into the better edge rusher. Merriman is a bigger trweener and just turned 21.

Castillo also tested positive steroids at combine....

Or how about a Newman vs. Suggs?

Suggs who? LOL
He was suppose to be the greatest of all time and yet is sitting there with 2 sacks on the season. I'm damn glad Dallas went with Newman

I think Dallas got wind of the agent thing with the Postons and changed their mind.

I don't blame them one bit, and I'm more than happy with Ware.

Merriman came out more polished, but Ware is going to get bigger in the offseason and come into next year much more comfortable with his new position. I think he has higher upside than Merriman, although both will be good players.

Even if Merriman does turn out to be a slightly better player, I think its splitting hairs to say Dallas should have done this or that.

Here's an amateur assessment on an NFL Draft site. Remember, we could have had both of these guys.

Umm ... does this "amateur assessment" only apply to players Dallas didn't draft.

I don't really care one way or another because it's too early to determine who is better and we've got who we've got, but if you are going to present an argument about who we should have taken, shouldn't you at least present both sides?

Otherwise, it seems like you have an agenda, and I know that can't be the case. ;)
