Sure seemed that way. It's like he wasn't even suited up.
Another frustrating part of the play calling.

the coaching staff was inactive
Maybe I'm remember it wrong but it sure seemed like Dallas spent an awful lot of time in 3 WR sets with Beasley in the game.
Which, to me, goes along with my problem that I felt they were trying to force the issue of passing the ball on big pass plays, rather than sticking with what had been working for them all year long.
Escobar, Dunbar and Harris--we can't figure out how or when to use them effectively.
Should have been 2 and 3 TE sets once they realized the blitz was going to come non-stop. That is all on the coaches who failed to see it until it was too late.
I was begging for some delay-draws, quick slants and screens...................
Used Escobar pretty effectively against the Giants, I thought. Perhaps we should start playing with two balls on offense each series. That way we don't have to hear about how we don't run it enough, or get Dez or Terrence, or Witten enough touches if we get Escobar, Dunbar, and Harris the ball in a game we end up losing.
That's why it was more mind boggling that he wasn't involved more in the offense last night. Escobar did really well against the Giants and he would have been a better option as the receiver against the blitzing defense.
