Ellis brought in on the field, but really wasn't a game changer since early in his career before the broken leg.

He is the type of player that would like to be a better player on a weak team than a good player on a winning team. That is just the feeling I get from him. Too much whining to be a winner and not enough big plays in big games to not give your 1st round pick the chance to start now.

I wish him best, but don't think he was the type of player that was pushing us over the top again.

We will miss his consistent play and motor on the field though, as he did hustle and was darn solid for a long time.
