Was Romo crying on the sideline?

those weren't tears... it was Bill Parcells' slobber from kissing him so much
Parcells is a Romosexual. Yikes.

bbgun - no.

Romo - Yes, it was on national television. He had streams of tears down his face.

It is understandable. A guy that came from a D-1AA school, that no one ever thought would be a good player in the NFL came out and played fantastic. I am happy for him, and his tears, no matter who calls him a sissy, shows how much he cares about doing well for this team.

Dude, I'd be crying like a baby.

THERE'S NO CRYING IN FOOTBALL!

Okay ... it's okay, buddy ... have your moment and your tears of joy. I'm pretty happy myself and might have a little cry once the game is over. You played a helluva game, T-Ro.

If I were Romo I would cry too...

Romo... a nobody... not drafted... groomed by HOF coach.... STARTING QB for America's Team... he wins... he plays... he executes... .he has a golden opportunity to lead The Dallas Cowboys....

shed those tears boy

Romo cried because he cares deeply for the game. In a time where a player's level of care often revolves around his paycheck it's nice to see this type of expression from the future of the team. I'll take a QB with a gigantic heart anyday.

I agree. To top it off, this is coming off of his stupid girlfriend dumping him.

Lots of emotions going through Tony Romo, I cant blame him for feeling good about what he did today.

Actually, I think he was trying not to smile as much as he had wanted. He was trying to keep his emotions in check - one game, one win. He probably feels - justifiably - lucky.

On a prime time game, he led America's Team to victory.

Actually, Mel Kiper had him as the sleeper QB of the draft when he came out, projected him to go in the 5th or 6th

Yea, Parcells was absolutely thrilled with his young QB. That was probably the highlight of the game for me.

That and him patting TO and giving him all kinds of props, too. You can tell, BP has pentatrated TO's soul. The guy is becoming one of "bp's kids". Must be so aggrivating to watch for the rest of the league!! We are shutting people up left 'n right.

He was definitely crying, I thought it was cool. He was pretty overwhelmed by the whole thing, and seeing someone appreciate the game that much was pretty awesome.

He has worked his whole football life from highschool til now. Four years on the bench in Big D, a Sunday NIGHT game so he had to wait all day to play. He has been on the Hotseat all week listening to the media, football experts and yeah-hooos like us talking smack about him. He was on an adrenaline high and when you come down off that high- after you delivered. Its emotional.
