Campbell has looked good today. He has a very strong arm, his deep ball looked pretty acurate, and he hasn't made any big mistakes(which is the hardest part for a rookie QB)

I think he has looked good, and I cant wait to see him only et better down the road

Has he even completed 50% of his passes?

Is he over 100 yards yet?

Honestly, he hasn' necessarily stunk up the joint, but to say he's looked good is a stretch.

he has only thrown 20 passes, which he has completed 11 of them. 111 yards, 1 TD.

Not bad at all for someone making his first NFL start. I would rather campbell have less yards and no interceptions then to make a stupid mistake.

Why don't you read my other, slightly more in-depth assessment of Campbell. I clearly stated that he has many of the same attributes you mentioned. ...and you're right, he hasn't made any big mistakes...but that doesn't mean his decision-making has been up to snuff.

To be honest, you guys might have something here, but he's not ready just yet. Maybe next year.

sure, that only shows up as 1 completion on the stat sheet, but he made that play happen. Those are the type of things that get overlooked, but could make him a good QB.

I will say this in your guy's defense.

He's looked better than Quincy Carter, Chad Hutchinson, and Drew Henson in their first action.

He's also looked better than Vince Young.

Yes, I'm sure you can dissect his performance to justify his mediocreness...the same can be said for his bad decisions too.

He's had an ok day.....I saw that play too. Nice play...but it wasn't the DE, it was the safety.

It's his first NFL start. When romo took his first start a couple weeks ago, people were basically calling him a rookie as well.

so if you want to call romo a rookie, go ahead, because in all reality, he kind of is
