Game Day Washington Commanders at Dallas Cowboys Postgame

That's right and Atlanta lost. We would be picking 15 or 16 if we had won. We got very luck today.
The NFL needs a draft lottery. At least 8 teams in my opinion started losing (tanking) on purpose after Thanksgiving.

The thing with Lance... I mean, some of those throws he makes, Rush or even Dak can only dream of them.

That said, seems to have no touch whatsoever, panics, and I'm not sure he understands how to read a defense.

Prescott can make absolutely every single NFL throw necessary. Don’t put him in the same sentence with Cooper Rush.

Not to mention the fact that being higher in the first puts you higher in each round...Well, each round in which you have a selection.
That's true and I tend to forget that. Brighter days are ahead if Jerry makes the right moves and listens more. A new GM is still a necessity in my opinion.

He can only outrun any Dallas QB since Whenever… has the strongest arm on the staff by a MILE… is WAAAAAAAAY under thirty in years AND millions of dollars…

Oh, yeah…. He’s just tuuuurrrrible.
No throws to the interior of the field. One read and take off. Only sees half of the field. Only takes the ball in shotgun. Every passing play is a rollout play leaving half of the field unused.

No touch on the ball. Inconsistent. Poor accuracy. Zero ability to throw the receiver open. No anticipation ability. Oh yes. A baller.

He is every defensive coordinators wet dream. A two year old could easily build a gameplan against him.

Sucks not having the playoff suspense this year but being there three years in a row was cool. Didn't go as far as I hoped they would but just getting to the playoffs is hard enough. Three 12-4 seasons in a row is not easy in the NFL.

We will probably pick a guy that all the other teams projected to go at #20 or later.
I never understood how Cowboys draft and what these scouts are seeing. They seem to draft guys that the "experts" don't talk about. The Eagles took Mitchell and Dejean and they were both rated high by these experts. Dallas drafts guys we never heard of.

That's idiotic. They will be drafting 4 or 5 spots higher in every single round and guaranteed to get a 1st round talent in a draft that will have 13 1st round talents.
Ask the Detroit Lions how that allegedly-advantageous position worked out for them for the better part of a century. The draft is a total crap-shoot. A lottery. Pure luck.

I want to say thank you to the team and coaches and everybody else directly associated with the team this year. Maybe not the result we as fans hoped for but I'm always grateful for the effort and proud of the team. It's so much harder than it looks and too easy to be critical when you have limited knowledge what's really going on. I think next year is going to be a great year. Go Cowboys!!!

It sure worked out for the Lions recently. Are you familiar with their current team?

I have been making THESE VERY SAME OBSERVATIONS about a current and longtime Cowboys QB for several years now.

But I must be the ONLY ONE who feels that way.
