No, you have turned the statement around to support your position. However, that is not what I said. I said that they used 3 and 4 man rushes the entire 4th quarter and that it created issues, clearly. Try again please.

Last week, Philly was ranked 31st defensively and we were ranked 2nd in the League in points scored. We put up 17 points. Did you make the same argument there?

You're saying Dallas struggled the entire 4th quarter against Denver? Did you watch the game? With how disruptive they were, it's amazing the Cowboys had 130+ yards and 2 TD's in the 4th Qtr. Fred had a bad protection on the INT, that's it. There were 2 open receivers, with potentially a 3rd down the sideline for a huge play if Fred holds up better. There was nothing special about Denver's D at the end, they just made a play...clearly.

Philly also runs a 3-4, and if there is any kind of defense that Dallas has shown a tendency to struggle against, it's that kind. Detroit is exactly the kind of defense Dallas' O flourishes against...just like last time they played.

Nope. The teams that give us problems defensively are the ones who can neutralize Fredbeard. He has issues with bigger, quicker NTs/DTs. See KC, SD and Denver.

You outted ourself when you mentioned Denver.

I bet you feel like a big man calling other members stupid. Atleast its safe to do it over the internet... Though just as unnecessary.

Struck a nerve, I see. It's as if you felt like I was talking to you. I doubt that's a coincidence.

This game will be played in the future. Not the past. What happened last time these two teams met is meaningless to the upcoming matchup.
Just sayin'.

I agree. Past games mean nothing only game that means anything is the one you are about to play.

Now you know how I feel? lol
Hardly. I dont tend to get upset about what others say on the internet. If calling others "stupid" is how you choose to spend your time here, then go right ahead. I highly doubt you have the nerve to do such ugly things in person. I could be wrong, perhaps youre toothless as your keyboard.

Anyway, I hope that your life improves. Goodluck.

I'm saying, the entire 4th quarter, Denver used base rush and sometimes 3 man rush and devoted their LBs into coverage. I'm saying that when Denver had to get pressure, they sure did and it cost us the game. I'm saying that no matter how you try to spin this, those are the facts.

Now, we can do this all day but exactly what is it that you are trying to prove? I stand by the fact that we have trouble with teams who have strong interior play.

I guess we'll see what happens.

Every team will struggle when a team has penetration up the middle against them. But to imply that Denver did that to Dallas because of one play is just not honest analysis. They did not consistently, at any point in the game, including the 4th quarter, cause Dallas to struggle. To suggest that one play against Denver somehow points to struggles against Detroit is just silly, especially when so many other plays, even in the 4th, would indicate exactly the opposite.

It wasn't just one play. Watch the game again. However, if all it takes is one play, then you have to conclude that it was a factor. If Denver doesn't get that push with 3 GUYS, then Tony has plenty of room to step up an complete that pass.

You can't have it both ways, no matter how bad you want it to be.

In addition, you don't like the example of Denver, even though it's absolutely true, then admit KC and SD. Both of them got push against the interior of our line and both of them beat us. This stuff about 34 defenses, I don't buy. Romo has played against a 34 too many times. He knows everything there is to know about it. It's not the 34.
