Williams in the middle is going to be a problem. Their secondary is outstanding as well. Breece Hall is a stud as well. That’s about it. Just play a clean game and this should be just fine.
Yes, they are going to challenge our O'line with their strength.

I think a lot will be determined by the Jets reaction to losing AR. Do they rally & fight or do they lose faith?

Yep. I watched most of the MNF game and the Bills couldn't do much at all. If not for Diggs they might've been shut out. Quite possibly Josh Allen's worst game of his career.

The Jets are going to run the ball, and then run it some more. Our only chance of winning this game is to do the one thing we haven't been good at and that is stopping the run. We will see if the changes made in the off season were good enough to help in that regard. I would think hard about playing Parsons off the ball a lot more in this game as I don't see them throwing the ball until they have to. Use his speed to help control the outside zones they will run all game. Their D is top notch, up there with San Fran and they will make it tough on our O all game. I think it will be a low scoring game simply because the Jets are going to take the air out of the ball.. it's their only chance to win.

My biggest worry is in the past our defense has made bad QBs look like Joe Montana. That was under Garrett though. So i am expecting a win this week. Parsons seems to be playing on a different level this season. His film in training camp of throwing Tyron smith around wasnt just noise its reality.
Bridgewater and Darnold come to mind as recent QBs that should’ve never played as great as they did against us.

I do think it is wise not to be over-confident. We've seen this team be barnstormers one week and totally poo the bed the next. So I too am a little leary.

I don’t know how any Cowboys fan can ever be overconfident.

If you are you’re really young or just a casual.

We could go 17-0 and I’d still fully expect us to lose in the playoffs.

Our offense is going to look bad next week. That’s what a strong defense will do. We’ll have some 3-and-outs, probably a turnover or two, and hopefully a few decent drives plus enough short fields/big plays to put up a decent number of points. But it will look ugly. And those who want to conveniently forget about who we’re playing will do so.

I don’t care that the line made us a TD favorite now that Rodgers is out.

Sure, the game became a lot easier for our defense, but we’re still facing an elite defense ourselves.

If the offense can’t get going it could be a low scoring game either way. I think the Jets, like most teams do against us, will focus on making our pass game beat them. The difference with the Jets and most teams is they actually have a defense capable of doing that.

I’m hoping we can force some turnovers and get the ball into very favorable field position a few times to take pressure off the offense having to drive long distances.

As of today I’m seeing this as a 20-10 type of game in the Cowboys favor.
Only skimmed through a few posts so far. Just getting going for the day.

Key is to get out to a 2 score lead and fast. Make Wilson passing beat us. Which I do not think he can. Not with their OL and our pass rush. However their defense can be a factor to how our offense plays. At first anyway. Then see any adjustments.

I do not expect a blowout win, unless the ball really bounces our way again. Of course it can go the other way and bounce to the Jets way. We seen it all too often.

I think our defense vs their offense is far better than the other way around though.

Play the games.

It's hard to trust them. Doesn't matter the players either. They've earned the reputation the last 3 decades IMO. Until they win it all again, I probably won't. It may be cynical but I've learned my lesson over the years. This season, I do believe is the best chance we've had. I think the Defense is finally without weakness, so that gives me more hope than usual.
