There are some smart football people here. I enjoy coming here and reading everyone’s opinion and views. Most of us are fans and a couple of trolls looking for arguments but.

For the most part we are all right about our Offense. Most have one thing they are focused on but I really think it’s a combo. We can all watch the film and see the same but different things.

1 - Some think it’s Daks fault. Your not wrong, he is gun shy. He don’t want to throw the pick so he holds the ball to long often seeing the reciever but missing the open window. Running around waiting for a totally open guy. Not always gonna happen in the NFL. Since the falcons game he has happy feet, not showing the poise in the pocket he had in 2016. He has to see the field get through his progressions and let it go. Very limited preseason work. Should get better this week.

2 - O-Line and again your not wrong. 2016 was a rock solid O-Line in both running and pass protection. We were rolling. End of last year we had injuries and what I like to call the Chaz Green effect. Dak was pounded. This year we have a rookie that’s getting pushed back constantly in Daks face and missing our center. Although Looney looked pretty good and will continue to bring it. But it’s not the same. This week they will be more in unison and play better. Very little preseason work together.

3 - The WRs. Not really wrong there. We have mostly new and rookie receivers. Unproven and not a lot of time with Dak in game time situations. Our new receivers coach had done a decent job but again with little or no preseason action with the starting QB there is no timing. Our guys are out there and did a pretty ok job last week but not getting the ball, this includes the TE. Jarwin did ok and it’s time to put Rico in action. Again this will improve this week.

4 - The staff, OC and or HC. Not wrong there at all. They are apparently running the same Offense once again with the occasional no RB set. Talk about letting a defense know your passing the ball. The staff is hedging there bets that our personel can beat 10 or 11 teams at least and make the playoffs without changing a thing. Problem is that when you reach the playoffs the 2 or 3 teams you have to play is as good or better than you. They have the personel to cover you up. That’s why they are there and these games come down to coaching and playcalling. Which we suck at. No in game adjustments and while they are here then there really won’t be. Maybe fool them with throwing the ball 3 straight times for the goal line. They have had plenty of time to prepare.

We are not wrong. But it’s definately a combo of all of these things. We are actually pretty smart. This is a team sport and if they can’t gel as a Offense then it don’t work right. I enjoy reading a lot of yalls posts. And I look forward to seeing how they improve this week. Hopefully it’s enough to fend off a division foe and bring a much needed win home. Will give this TEAM some much needed cionfidence. Especially a certain QB. Some of us still won’t be happy because we want perfection. Not gonna happen people. But maybe we can get close. Lol.

5 - The Front Office. They hired the water boy to QB coach our presumed franchise QB after he spent half a year regressing. Totally, totally unserious.

If HC OC and QB aren't great at their job the rest does not matter

If there great at there jobs then you have a dynasty. If they 2 out of 3 it’s a SB appearance. Even 1 could help us. But when your man calling the plays isn’t reading what’s happening then he is setting your QB (who is already not playing great ball) for failure.

Has anyone had it don on them that we have YET to replace Ron Leary at LG? Collins IMO, is an awesome LG...a stud..but at RT...he is so so. We need to start Collins at LG...bench Williams so he can hit the weights more. Bring Fleming in and try him at starting RT.

I would add the penalties to the list.
And the stupid ones. Tyron’s call was ticky tack. But the ones on our Defense on 3rd down are killers. Or our Offense sticking us in 2nd and 17 is killers also.

They have to be changing stuff in practice. If not then they are shooting is in the foot and ignorant.

If I am them I am switching Collins and Williams. If William can’t play there then he is on the bench.

FLEMING STARTED A BUNCH OF GAMES AT RT protecting Tom Brady. HELL...its worth a try in practice at least.Lets see if we can get him reps with the starters.
