We are all right

If there great at there jobs then you have a dynasty. If they 2 out of 3 it’s a SB appearance. Even 1 could help us. But when your man calling the plays isn’t reading what’s happening then he is setting your QB (who is already not playing great ball) for failure.
JG already killed Dak in Atlanta with 8 sacks, and now last week with 6 sacks. My gut feeling is that Dak doesn't feel he can trust ANYBODY around him. Troy Aikman was the same way his first few years and also got killed. Watch NFL Network, Troy Aikman, A Football Life. When Jimmy firmly endorsed him and then brought Norv Turner on board, THEN Aikman and the whole O began their great NFL run.

Wow. Didn’t realize it was 8 sacks. That confirms it and this year Williams is getting pushed in the back field and spending as much time back there as Elliot. And it’s from the same side. No wonder.

I can't seem to build up the enthusiasm of years past, maybe I'm getting older. But after a week like this past one, I have come to understand that Dak is the least of the problems of this team. If you go back on this forum, through the years, you will find these QB bashing threads, just put Romo's name in Dak's place. Romo was bashed pretty good through those years.

Which leads me to believe that the fault should fall squarely on Garrett's and the Jones' family. They have wasted the careers of some great Cowboy players. As long as Garrett is here the Cowboys are wasting more promising careers. Jerry and company are too stupid and too stubborn to do anything about it, because they would have to be blind not to see it.

I will continue to root exclusively for the Cowboys, have been doing so for 50+ years. But my expectations for a championship anytime soon, wane by the day.

Well said Mr Cowboy! My thoughts exactly. 45+ year fan here, and I can say without hesitation that 100% of Dak's issues fall SQUARELY on the shoulders of our INEPT, UNQUALIFIED, UNPREPARED, MORONIC puppet of a HC who sat there and WILLFULLY ALLOWED Dak's physical and emotional trauma by keeping Mr CHAZ GREEN in play after play after sack after sack......we all saw it, we all watched in horror as Dak was running for his life on every play while the red headed puppet was busy chewing, smiling and clapping. The difference in Dak's career BEFORE and AFTER that event are night and day.....he now has FEAR, lack of confidence and nervousness (prob both emotional and physical pain) that in my opinion, can only be corrected by a NEW STAFF - HC, OC and QB coach with some actual talent, experience and NFL brains.......the "process" and "experiment" have LONG been OVER!...... the ONLY CONSTANT for the past decade during our many wasted HOF talent pool has been the absurdly unqualified and incapable HC who has destroyed/wasted career after career......................I pray it's not too late for Dak, he ALREADY proved himself showed amazing signs of promise and athleticism in 2016 as a ROOKIE no less...he was SUPPOSED to get better right!?!?!.....until our no-good, worthless howdy-doody HC decided to scar him........cant ANYONE on this planet talk common sense into JJ!?!?

Doing the same thing over and over and expecting a different result is the definition of our boards. :lmao:.. just insanity. I blame the owner. I still remember him saying that anyone could run this team. Well you have given someone 8 years of in the job training under your guidance I and sure and it’s only worked out for his pockets.

You know your right. You can’t let the Defense off. How many tackle did Lee miss. Tackles he makes in his sleep. He will be ready and make more than he misses from here on out. And that again is a product of no preseason. And ST. Lol. Our Offense was so bad we forgot or at least I forgot about the Bailey replacement missing his first FG attempt. Not a chip shot but he has the leg.

We missed 17 points that I saw. At least 10 points, Jarwin pass was 7. The FG was 3. There is your win.

We weren’t ready and that’s your HC job.

Agree totally. JG's job to have them ready

FLEMING STARTED A BUNCH OF GAMES AT RT protecting Tom Brady. HELL...its worth a try in practice at least.Lets see if we can get him reps with the starters.

Brady rarely gets sacked because of how quickly he gets rid of the ball. Seems like OL leave there and never look as good. Fleming hasn't impressed me at all.

Because teams are usually 0-2 for reasons. The 1993 Cowboys were a special case.

16 teams since 1990 have been special cases including the one we play tomorrow. Still you're right they were all pretty special. I would say today that this one isn't

If this is a make or break season for Garrett he laid a big fat egg his first game.
