We are going to win the Superbowl if we beat Indy

I think the Packers will beat the Patriots. .02

Lets win at least 2 playoff games before we talk about winning a Super Bowl:laugh:

Love the enthusiasm, but in all honesty I don't think our defense is good enough to win a championship this season..................we rank in the bottom half of the league in most defensive categories.

We are allowing 360 yards per game (22nd in the NFL) and almost 24 points per game (19th in the NFL).......................don't think we can beat a team like New England, Denver, or Green Bay with this defense................we can always hope and pray.

As much of a homer as I am, I'm with you on this defense being our Achilles heel at the moment.

Meh. While you are right, NO won the SB with an awful defense, as well as GB. Both those defenses were very opportunistic however.

You know if the team gets on a big run and beats the Colts, Washington, and then Detroit at home, they will really be gelling and then who knows what could happen. 2007 Giants come to mine and the Steelers got really hot and won it all one time too. I personally am just taking things one game at a time.
I have learned not to get my hopes up. If we beat the Colts, I will feel great about making the playoffs but I will only be thinking about the next game vs Washington.

Green bay and Saints defense say hello

My sentiments exactly.

I think of the 2007 Giants. While everyone talks about how great their defense was, we beat them twice, and they squeaked into the playoffs with a 9-7 record. Their defense started playing great during the playoffs.

I don't want to get too ahead of myself because we haven't even made the playoffs yet. But I have a good feeling about this team, particularly because of the offensive line. I also see a more mature Romo who is avoiding the big mistake. And I really expect, if we need to, we can unleash the passing game, as we saw against Philly when we absolutely had to score.

But first things first - beat the Colts. And I expect us to do so ...

Dallas 34
Indy 24

New England is the team that worries me most in a playoff scenario, just because I'm not sure that we can keep up with them Offensively/Defensively. They are a team that can take away Dez, Witten, and the run and force you to beat them with everyone else, and we really haven't played a game like that this year.
