Thank you for this post. We certainly needed another thread dedicated to discussing how we are a .500 team and organization.

for years that line has only been used when we do not have a good record, when we were 13-3, our record was meaningless according to some even though of course, if you are what your record says you are, then we were the top team in the conference that year

An average .500 team, One quarter of the way into the season.
While the losses to KC and SD have been disappointing ,
the larger point is we seem to be the same .500 team we were last year.
That's what hurts.
With all the coaching changes on defense,
and a new play caller, we still can't seem to escape mediocrity.
I don't think we the fans nor the coaches have a clue on how to break this cycle.
I know this, once Romo's career is over we are looking at some 4 and 12 , 5 and 11 seasons.
We are wasting his prime years, treading water.

After watching the game I have moved to the camp that says Romo is only a good QB not one to make that move to get you over the top.

D Line should be fined. Not getting to Rivers with a patch work San Diego O line....

You honestly still think the issue is with the team's trench players? I find the persistence of this idea despite all obvious evidence to the contrary fascinating.

Can't change the outcome of past only can deal with the here and now. The season has just started I know the nay sayers are tripping over each other to post the next post that looks like this post. Seems people want to be noticed for saying the same things post after post. How will this season ends fact is we don't know that is why they play the games.
