What moves would you make that actually would move the needle?
Adding talent is great but at what cost and who is there you could get and does it makes sense. Trading a top 3 round pick for a guy in the last year of his deal means you either have to pay him or he walks next year. What’s the cost of paying him and if you don’t does it actually make sense

Culture needs to change and it starts with evaluating what you have. Start maneuvering the club to start stockpiling picks - a lot of the vets here are too far gone for rehab into a new culture. They are also luxuries that will provide no real benefit. Trade where you can. Target coaches who can come in and also start overhauling the culture. Get back to being a football team and not a circus act.

Is there an example of a player acquisition the front office should attempt in your opinion? And what would be a future draft pick package as compensation for that particular player in your estimation?

Devin White from the Bucs, I'd offer them next year's 3rd in exchange for their 4th or 5th. Vander Esch was a soft/unreliable out of place MLB & at best a soft/unreliable WLB. Wish him the best of health but the D needs a heat seeking missile at MLB, not an air rifle.
